The purpose of a poem is to describe the indescribable
To put words to what one feels in a beautiful way
To paint a picture, tell a story
To connect
Now, I'm not always on the game
I don't always know what I'm going to write
And some days are easier than others
But when it flows, it flows
So, these poems are examples of that flow
A river of words, if you will, compiled over the years
From my heart to yours,
I give you the conversations we're too afraid to have during the day, braver late at night
And with that, I think it's time to begin
