Late night in Kalos, in Coolsville, the Mystery Inc. gang was getting themselves prepped for the big arrival. Of course, on the way they had made a stop to a fast food ploace to get a quick bite to eat for Shaggy and Scooby. And they had some special guests that are also very very close friends to the gang.
"Hey, thanks again for inviting us as your special guests to the grand opening of this museum." Ash thanked
"Yeah, this event's one of the biggest ones we've ever been to." Serena added
"Don't mention it." Daphne responded. "It's the least we could do for how you two have helped us over the years even dating back to when you were in the Kanto part of your journey, Ash."
"Like, yeah." Shaggy responded, taking a sip from his milkshake. "If it weren't for you encouraging us to continue being just us and going about things our own way, I don't know if Scoob would even have been the same."
"Pika Pikachu Pika!" Pikachu said, having a conversation with Scooby as if the two were catching up on adventures since they last saw each other
Scooby nodded as he conversed with Pikachu.
"Also...sorry we couldn't make it to you two's wedding." Fred apologized to Ash and Serena
"It's fine." Serena responded with a smile. "The mystery the news report said you had to deal with was a pretty big one by the sounds of it."
"Also, how have you kept up the mystery solving gig for so long?" Ash asked
"We just happened to keep it going by chance." Velma answered
Fred looked out the limo's window he was next to.
"Anyways, we're almost there, everyone ready?" Fred asks
They all made sure they had what they needed and were prepped and ready before nodding..
