In the actual museum, the gang was showing the news-people around the exhibit.
"Fred, could you tell us a little bit about the exhibit?" Heather asks
"Absolutely." Fred replies. "Mystery Inc. is proud to donate costumes of criminals we've unmasked in the past."
"Like the Black Knight Ghost." Daphne comments
"One of our earliest cases after incorporating." Fred adds
The costume of the Black Knight Ghost was just a standard set of black medieval armor.
"The 10,000 Volt Ghost..." Velma lists off
The 10,000 Volt Ghost display was some plastic casing around a statue with a special type of suit on it.
"The Skeleton Men, and even the DREADED Aerodactyl Ghost." Daphne added
Velma then stepped over to another display.
"We've also donated the costumes of some of our more ridiculous foes." Velma comments, gesturing to the costume behind her. "Like Pidgeystein."
"Velma, can we get a shot of you next to the Phantom Racer?" A reporter asks as Velma walks off
As Velma walks off to have a few photoshoots, Shaggy scoffed as him and Scooby walked away from the display of Pidgeystein.
"Ridiculous?? Obviously she forgot that dude tried to pluck us!" Shaggy comments
"Reah!" Scooby agreed
Daphne then walked over.
"Come on guys, remember what I told you." Daphne says
"Never pick your nose in public." Shaggy says
"No...but...that's good too." Daphne states
Scooby thought before saying, "RImage is everything."
"YES! Image is everything!" Daphne stated. "The whole city's watching so try to keep a brave face."
That's when they got the Aerodactyl Ghost exhibit which was looking notably more real than usual. Scooby gulping.
"They're just costumes." Daphne reassured, walking off
Shaggy and Scooby shook a bit.
"She's right, Scoob, up close they look....TOTALLY fake..." Shaggy comments
Then, the costume BLINKED, which sent Scooby and Shaggy running from it in a panic.
Meanwhile, Fred and Daphne were next to the Tar Monster display.
"The Tar Monster scared the locals of the city of Byzantius away in order to take their treasure." Fred explained. "But on the positive side, he'd pave your driveway for free."
Everyone had a chuckle at Fred's comment.
"Isn't that right, Velma?" Fred, getting no response from the brunette of the group. "Velma?"
Velma was silent, her eyes on a male whom looked to be not too much older than her. When he walked over, Velma finally came back to her senses and straightened her glasses. This man was none other than Patrick Wisley, the curator of the Coolsonian Criminology Museum.
"Hi." Velma comments a little nervously as Daphne walked over. "Oh, Daphne, this is Patrick Wisley, he's the curator here at the museum."
"Well, it's very nice to meet you, Patrick." Daphne stated, shaking Patrick's hand. "I do hope you'll be working closely with Velma on this ever expanding exhibit."
