Face your fear.

No matter how brave or strong ourselves are, we all have that fear on something. Whether it's a physical or emotional fear, we all have it. And I know it's a really scary things to face our fear and deal with it. But not to worry because everything can start with baby steps.

You can start with a list of things that you have fear with. Maybe you can list down 20 or 10 things and choose one that you feel less scary to face. Or if you feel motivated to take it to the next level, perhaps you can list down 30 things that you've fear of and to overcome the fear one by one in daily basis. And you can repeat it every month or every year until you manage to overcome all of your fears that you have.
