Take some times away from social media & video games.

Living in the current urban tech era has make us more attached with social media and video games more than we're supposed to. And it also causing us to spend more times with it instead of enjoying our real life. There are also a new psychology sickness called Facebook Addictions Disorder. This is very alarming and a serious wake up call for all us to start making changes into our social media habits.
