4. Stunning Stranger

Yeonjun was cleaning up the dishes after he had dinner with the old man. He's surprised the old man has enough time in his life to spare yeonjun a dinner everyday.

He was almost done when he heard a strong deep voice from behind

"I won't be staying home tonight" the old man said as he walked out the door.

Yeonjun was going to nod but then he realised the old man probably won't even look at him, so he just quietly went to lock the door.

Right after, he went to sleep peacefully, knowing he would be alone tonight.

Yeonjun woke up at around 3 am. He usually wakes up at 4 am but today he did not have to worry about waking the old man to he woke up earlier to start cleaning.

He grabbed the broom and was about to turn on the lantern, when he saw a dark figure through the window.

He tightened his hold on the broom, and went to confront this apparent intruder.

He went out and saw the person standing dangerously close to the window, peeking in as he appeared to be looking for something.

He took a deep breath before screaming on top of his lungs "who the hell are you"

The stranger seemed to have been startled as he jumped around to meet yeonjun's eyes.

(did wattpad just delete more than half of my chapter. I'M GONNA KILL SOMEONE IT TOOK ME AN HOUR TO WRITE ALL THAT and now I don't remember anything I wrote)

"I- uh I- I was just- um- you know- just exploring?" "what the heck soobin" I mean what was he supposed to say. That he's the prince who snuck out of the palace and was roaming around the forest until he came across this place and wanted to know who the hell was stupid enough to make a house in the middle of the forest.

For now soobin focused on coming up with an excuse and run away because he never plans on coming back here. He's way to embarrassed to even think of it.

Yeonjun tightened his grip on the broom as he cautiously advanced towards the stranger, trying to look brave when he was terrified on the inside. For all he knows this guy could be a serial killer.

With each step he took, the moonlight slowly started to cover his face, which was hidden under the shadows before.

Finally he was completely visible under the light and proceeded to take a good look at the stranger. He had to admit the stranger looked ravishing but he quickly scolded himself "yeonjun stop simping over a potential robber"

Soobin, on the other hand, was speechless before, but now he completely lost his tongue. This man standing in front of him looked absolutely stunning. He was also quick to compose himself "you're supposed to be embarrassed, not starstruck"

"would you mind explaining what the hell were you doing sneaking around my house at 3 am"

Before this soobin wanted to make a quick excuse and never come back but now that he's taken a good look at the stranger in front of he definitely wanted to come back. Now changing his original story won't hurt anyone right

"please forgive me. I am actually new to this town and I couldn't sleep very well tonight so I decided to look around the forest until I came across your house and got a little too curious. I apologize for my rude behavior"

Yeonjun was skeptical. That little was quite hard to believe. But the stranger was way too good looking to be a serial killer. So he might or might not have decided to let it slide.

"it's fine. But I suggest not coming to this part of the forest, it's filled with savage animals" yeonjun was bluffing. Aellia is filled with cute and peaceful animals. But a new comer won't know. And the old man wouldn't be happy to hear about yeonjun having guests over. So he decided to lie. Well the old man is a wild animal so it was half true but let's not go there

"of course I am really sorry, it's getting late I should leave. Take care" soobin smiled

"you too" yeonjun returned the smile.

Soobin walked back to where he left the two dumbos with a wide grin. When he sneaked out he wasn't sure if it was a great idea but meeting that stranger definitely made it worth it.

He noticed his brother sitting while resting his back on a tree. He was about to ask about hueningkai until the blonde appeared out of nowhere.

The sun still wasn't out but the sky had started getting brighter with each passing second. They decided it was best to return to the palace now.

They slowly walked in comfortable silence until the palace walls were in sight. They spotted the door and quickly made their way through the cave.

They were now back in Mr. Kang's room. Soobin checked the clock "great" they still had three more hours to sleep.

The were about to head to their respective bed rooms until hueningkai spoke up

"hey guys quick question" his cousins looked at him as he continued "why didn't way just teleport instead of sneaking out through a hidden passage?"

The other two stared at each other in disbelief as their hands made way to their foreheads.

Yup indeed the "dumb, dumber and dumbest" trio
