and there you are sitting with a morning coffee in your hand all gloomy and angry as you are looking out your store's window while cursing and grunting to yourself.

let me introduce myself, I'm Luana, the only child of the Swan family who owns a book store for generations!! it's weird kinda but I like it here, im a novelist and also the owner of this shop on my 18's birthday my dad gave here to me as a b'day present. Im currently 20 and I have to say... living a life as a adult isn't easy, even sometimes I feel eyes on me brrr creepy...

The door cracks open taking my attention of my laptop screen as I look over at it and seeing Neville my friend since minor school walking in with a big grin as his visible dimple appears, "hello my wonderful novelist! Do we have new updates from your new book??" I chuckle and look at him raising an eyebrow as he grinned foolishly, "well am already on it why you ask I wont spoil ya any."

I heard him whine as he brought a thick book out his bag and placed it on the counter beside my hand, "spare me some little author~" he coo as I shake my head and looked at the book "her alpha." written on the title of the book "did you like it??" he nods grinning, "im looking forward for a new one." I chuckle and went back to writing down on my laptop, "well im starting a lifestyle novel wanna read when im done??" he gasps and nods eagerly "oh god YES!!" I smiled and laughed "sure then ill send you the first copy as fast as I can when im done." he giggle and nods and dashes to the book shelf.

I quietly went back to writing as he hummed "do you have any romance?? like old romance??" I thinks while typing "hmm... there one called 'love at sunrise' its on the second shelf from your left." he laughs as taking the book and looks at me "did you map the whole store in your head??" I chuckle "kinda, you could say."

After some time he came back along with more books "I'll be renting these book for now~." I hum and take out the business notebook from the counter beside me and look at the books writing the names down, and add the days as well. "bring them one by one if one was over." he hums and takes the books putting it in his bag, "will you come over tonight??" I looked at him from the papers putting them back to it's place, "well I don't know, if im not busy I'll come but maybe." he nods understanding and smiles, "well then I'll see you around later." I nod with a smile waving at him as he goes out the shop and the strange feeling of being watched by someone came back to me...

I grunt and look around shouting "hey!! stop that im trying to focus on my damn book!!" it didn't take a second till I felt the strange feeling go away like there was no feeling like that in first place... I sigh and look at my screen, "stupid, very stupid..." I went beck to business...

Yuan

I was watching the girl in the store with locked eyes on her dark brown eyes as she was talking and laughing with another male... even sight of her eased my angry and cloudy mind, she was like a dazzling diamond between the pile of rocks...

How could someone like her even exist...? before I could even think her angry experience took me back to reality and I looked away running back in the woods... "that was a close call.." I whispered to myself as I walk away and look at the thick trees beside me and I shook my head and walked all the way back home only walking to there.

When I reached at the territory I could see the guards watching over as I walked pass them, they bowed at me, "welcome back alpha." they all greeted as I hummed in respond and walked to the big mansion in the middle of the non clouded area with trees... was instead a few ground for people and kids to come and play or chase after each other...

I smiled faintly as I walked in the mansion seeing people walking and doing activities while passing, I shook my head walking toward the elevator at the right of the hall and pressed top floor... floor fifty...

I sigh as walking in my own floor and looking around the empty place and feeling a hole deep in my chest... "Yuan??" I looked up at the familiar voice... "hi mom... what are you doing here??" she walks up to me her lavender eyes shining and flashing her always warmth at me as her hand slowly caressed my cheek, "what's the matter little pup?? what made my son like this??" I grunt and gently shoved her hand away looking at another direction, "you know why mom... please don't start..." she smiles more and nods "okay mi hijo... go on and rest." I nod and smiled looking at her as she went down with the elevator I walked in the kitchen surprisingly finding the table already set... "mom..." I smiled as sitting down and ate full before skipping to my room and fall on my bed to sleep feeling so restless...

I went back at the spot last day... she was still sitting behind the counter people would go in and take some books or some would give some books to her... she seemed so kind and sweet, but still her serious look made things more difficult... till the guy from last day walked in making her flashing the sweetest smile at him wish made me jealous... I frowned... "no mames pu*to!!" I was taken back and turned to see my friend with a wtf face that made me burst out laughing at him, Eddie my friend, "you been looking at chicks aye??" I frown he smiles and stand beside me, "she is pretty, your mate??" I look at her slightly getting sad, "no..." he pouts looking at me, "still no sign huh.. not even a human..." I nod disappointed... I already knew I wouldn't find my mate... its been almost 5 years since my 18's... no single sign...

I again stared at the girl seeing her made me relax and smile... even when I was far I could feel a pleasing aura from her... "oi migo lets write down her activities~" I heard Eddie as I smiled, "as you wish bro..." he immediately took out his note, "calm, smiling angel, best adviser, good with kids, doesn't do any activity, is more like a working sloth." I chuckle hearing Eddie while I kept watching... "don't write about her looks..." he chuckled nodding...

"she also seems so lazyyyyy." Eddie teases as I roll my eyes and look at him, "at least not as you sir that you barely do things!" he laughs hearing me as writing, "she is also right-handed." I look at the girl in she shop and nod smiling, "ohhh~ am I allowed to write down her moles??" I smacked him he laughing more, I knew he was teasing still he was an idiot for a beta, I stood up smiling and looked at Eddie "now now, we better go for real, we need to be at the gala in time." he nods stand up and gives the note to me, "yup, keep it hah, let's go."

I shake my head and smile as following him back home
