when i woke up everything was so quiet and dark. my eyes turned to find luanna sleeping beside me. I smiled and kissed her mark and got up pulled the covers over her.

It has been half a year since we've came to the city, everythings seems okay with luan too, I remember when we were gonna come she asked me to call her luan or lu instead of her full name which is understanding.

Well me being me, I cannot go without a nickname. I've already gave her many nicknames already. It's really cute when she reacts to every nickname I give her. There's one nickname she loves...

Oddly she loves "petal" and "princess" a lots.

I changed my clothes to my suits and took my bag and my car keys, when I walked out I saw lora busy in the kitchen. "hello lora you're early." she chuckled smiling "hello sir, yes I came a bit early as you asked me. Have a good day at work." I nodded to her and put my shoes on, "take care of lu for me, recently she been very sick, I'll buy some medicine on my way, my father also will come for a visit for the night." I got up "of course do not worry I'll look after her sir, have a safe trip."

I headed out taking a deep breath smiling. How I love my current life... I chcukled getting in the car and drove to the company, I work in a security company as the vise president and well I really worked hard for my position, even tho my major wasw something else I wanted to have enough time for luan and enjoy my life as much as possible. Now that we've left everything behind and we should live our lives as a normal married couple.

When I reached and went towards my working area there were many people in the line of a interview.

I whined and headed towards the assistant. "a lot have came for an interview today." I chuckled and nodded writing my arrival time, "yes true, the job offer is very good im glad this much came, its almost near new year too." she nodded as I went to my room hummed and looked to my laptop and started doing my paper works.

There wouldn't be much works since the main job was done by assistant swan so we had to do the preparation only.

I was so into working that I didn't even notice I over stayed, my phone was rinning when I noticed the clock was showing 8pm.

I answered my phone fast, "hello??" then I took a glance at the name, oh no... "I thought you said you'll be home soon today dam." luan's voice echoed into my head and I grunted getting up and cleaned all around my room "I kno wsweetie I didn't realized I stayed over time I'll be home." I said getting all my things heading towards the parking.

"but you promised me dam... you know what forget it." before I could say anything she hang up and I sigh getting in my car.

She was right, this two months I was staying overtime and two days ago I promised her that I'll be home soon to spend the chritmas eve with her which is today...

I drove faster to home and got all my stuff running up the stairs and dash inside. To my surprise lola and an angry looking luan was waiting by the door. I gulped smiling "h-hey baby." she huffed walking in the house I chuckled, "welcome home sir." lola chuckled and took my stuff, "thank you lola, is my father here yet??" I asked "no not yer sir miss talked with them they'll be here before 10." I nodded and headed to our room, and yes as I expected she was snugged under the blankets made a worm out of herself.
