Mir wanted to come over tonight to take me on a date and talk about what we are

"MEI MEI" I think I heard my mother say "MEI MEI COME EAT YOUR DINNER BEFORE IT GETS COLD" i quickly took my headphones off and headed to the kitchen

I had almost finished my dinner when we all heard the door bell go off "I'm not expecting any one this late are yous?" She said to both me and dad
Before I could evan get up she was already opening the door "oh hello miriam what ate you doing here at this time" "oh ermmm I'm here to take her on a-" "WAIT" I shouted everyone had went silent

"We are just haging out you know" I said nevorlsy as everyone eyes where on me "uhm mei mei I think not its far to late to go out" "mum it's only 8pm"
I stated as i walked out the door holding

Miriams pov

as me and mei mei where walking I wondered why she didn't want her mom to know we are going on a date
She had looked over to me nervously
"Soo where are we going" "oh I thought you would want to go to the park?"

We had just arrived at the park an mei mei was speechless I had set up a table with fairy lights and some food she looked up at me and gave me a quick kiss on the lips as she pulled me over and we sat down to eat

After we had eaten we went on the swings for a bit but there was still something on my mind "mei mei why did you tell your mom we where hanging out?" She looked at me in silence "well isn't that what we are doing" I froze as her trembling voice finished her sentence

Mei mei's pov

I knew as soon as mir frozen something was wrong "so this wasn't a date to you what evan am I right now to you" She mutterd while looking away from me
"Mir y-you know I didn't mean it like that" "so what did you mean?"

"It's just I don't know what my moms views are on me dating a girl okay I'm scared to tell her" I said loking down at the ground avoiding eye contact

"Mei why didn't you say" She said giving me a hug "mir I have to get home it's past 9" "oh shoot cmon" She said holding my hand
