Levi was let go and the blonde man smiled at him.

"You're quick at reading the situation"

Levi only glared back, not saying a word. They grabbed the three of them and kneeled them in front of the man and put them in handcuffs.

"I'll asks few questions, where did you get this?"He asks holding up the trigger of the gear.

"You guys are skilled with 3D Maneuver Gear. Who taught you all that?"

They stayed quiet and he walked up to Levi and said "you're their leader right? Your other friend told me so much about you"

Levi looked up but was cut off then the man behind him grabbed the back of his head and slammed him his face to the ground.

Levi clenched his teeth as he looked up at him.

"I'll ask again, where did you learn how to use the gear?"

"Not from anyone! We learnt it by ourselves!"Furlan spoke up.

"Self taught, you say...? I don't buy it"He says.

"It's just so we're able to rise even a bit in the dirty garbage place! People who are use to sunlight like you guys wouldn't understand!"

Levi's head was lifted from the puddle of water and the man kneeled in front of him.

"My name is Erwin Smith, and yours is?"

He stayed quiet until saying "Levi"

"Levi...why don't we make a deal?"Erwin says.

"I'll let your crimes go unpunished, in return, just like your friend, lend me your strength"

Levi looks at him and says "and if I refuse?"

"The military police will have you, considering all your crimes you and your friends, won't be treated very nicely"
