The expedition that had made Norie sick to her stomach, this feeling was different since she wasn't the only one going, but her friends are too.

She stared at the ceiling as she heard Isabel snore next to her, Norie decided to make them sleep in for a couple more minutes.

Norie also noticed that Levi wasn't in bed, she heard the bathroom door open and out came the person she was looking for

She smiled and carefully got up so she wouldn't wake Isabel and Furlan up.

"Morning to you"she whispered as she shivered a bit because of the cold floor and air.

"Morning"Levi mumbles.

Norie grabbed her uniform and boots and started to get dressed.

"Please check Isabel's and Furlans gear please?"she said

Levi doesn't say anything and goes to their gear that in her office.

Norie put in her scout jacket and walked to Isabel and Furlan.

"Hey, come on you both got to get ready"she whispered and caressed their heads to wake then up.

"Ah! I'm to sleepy"Isabel whined.

"Shut up Isabel"furlan groaned and pulled the blanket in closer.

"You shut up"isabel huffed and pulled the blanket back.

"Come on lovelies we have to get out breakfast and then head out in 2 hours"norie explained and walked out to see Levi looking out the window.

"You're lucky she's yours"Levi said softly.

Norie walked over to see that he was looking at the sun rise, she smiled.

"Yeah..."she only said.

Norie looked at him and studied his side profile, and she thought to herself, how can someone be so handsome?

She then decided to go for it, I mean she didn't know what might happen after the expedition and maybe some won't be able to make it back. What harm can this small thing do?

Norie leaned in and placed a soft kiss on his cheek.

Levi's face froze and his eyes turned to Norie's face.

"Make it back to me okay?"she whispered, she then saw the reaction on his face as he reached up to touch her cheek softly.

"I will"he said.

Norie smiled and then Levi took the chance.

He kissed her forehead.

"you both tightened your straps?"

"Yes"

"Did Levi check your gear?"

"Yes"

"Do you both have your flares?"

They sighed and said "yes norie..."

"What about your water canteens? Oh my god what about your-Norie it's okay"Levi cut her off.

Norie sighed and said "I just want to make sure that's all"

"Norie we're gonna be fine!"Isabel says

"Yeah I mean we trained our hardest"furlan says.

She smiled and said "I know, but hey guess what. I decided to turn the room next to mine into your room. Then after the expedition I can take you both to get anything you want to decorate it. How does that sound?"
