A/N: this chapter is a bit.. I don't know really..lol...the pic above is Nancy Spungen and Sid Vicious.. Enjoy.. It's short.

Satanica's p.o.v

I plopped myself onto my bed. Tired and scarred. That was definitely something I could've gone my entire life without seeing. I can do it, sure. I just can't see other people having sex. Images came flooding into my head causing me to gag. I changed out of my work clothes back into my pajamas. Laying back down in bed. A faint 'psst' came from behind the curtains. "What?" I asked yawning. "May I come in?" Jeff spoke in a soft tone. Softer than usual... It almost sounded like... Care. "Of course. Don't ask me though. Just come in next time."

"How was your alone time with Carla tonight? You came back awfully early." Jeff sat on my bed. "I wouldn't say alone time... There was someone else there with her... In her." I shuddered thinking about it again. He just laughed at me. "I have been doing this since I was eighteen, and not once has something like this ever happen to me." He was practically rolling on my bed at this point. "Oh shut up." I said annoyed. "Aw. Is little Satanica getting mad?" he teased. I just sighed and ignored him. My thoughts drifting to Tahlia. I fought back tears. Sure I was extremely pissed at her for not being understanding or even trying to listen to what I have to say. But I still love her.

"Satanica... I sense that you're upset. What's wrong?" Jeff asked me, touching the center of my back gently. "Is it Tahlia?" I nodded and choked out a weird noise. Which I had assumed was by body's way of signaling that I was crying. I don't even know what it does half the time... Mind wander. He lied down next to me forming a spooning position, but stayed still. "The people that leave our lives weren't meant to be in them." Jeff whispered softly. I just nodded in agreement. This much I knew.. It was just letting go of that person and how hard it was going to be. I sighed heavily.. Feeling myself fall into what I knew was going to be a long and very deep sleep.

Tahlia's p.o.v

I tossed and turned around in my bed. Angry with myself, but mostly Satanica.. She didn't have to hide anything from me and she knew that. I buried my face into my pillow and silently sobbed. I hardly ever cried. It just pissed me off so much. Why couldn't she have just told me the God damn truth. Best friends for 20 years.. Since we were five... I was shaking and a headache began to form. I grabbed my phone off of the night stand by my bed and texted Satanica.

Me: Satanica.. We need to talk. I won't get mad, I won't yell. I'll let you say what you need to.. But we really need to talk.

I put it back and let my body, and mind slip into dreamland.

Jeff's p.o.v:

I heard a ding noise come from Satanica's phone. I got up slowly, careful not to wake her and see who it was. I unlocked the screen, burning the sight out of my eyes. Should have been prepared for that... I opened the message icon to see Tahlia's name.

Tahlia: Satanica.. We need to talk. I won't get mad, I won't yell. I'll let you say what you need to.. But we really need to talk.

I, being me, replied to Tahlia.

Me: Leave Satanica be. She is in my care now like you have said. I also do believe you told her you wanted nothing to do with her. Keep your words, for you cannot ever take them back. You will be blocked and deleted. Good bye.

I went into her contacts and blocked Tahlia, also erasing her as a contact along with the messages her and I shared. Satanica didn't need this type of stress right now.. She needed to focus on increasing her work abilities.. There is more to this job than just scaring the victims.

Satanica stirred and thrashed around in her sleep, causing me to fall and hit the ground pretty hard. I sat and watched. I didn't dare wake her. Night terrors are what keep us in check with the real world.

A/N: miadmksc! Short chapter don't kill me... I have more coming. Much love <3---L
