Unknowingly Married 3

There will be a lot of Hausa in this chapter.
But I'll try to translate it for those of you that do not understand hausa.

Happy reading❤️🙃

Sayan baki
This ceremony takes place to add more color and glamour to the wedding ceremony.

The sayan baki is a negotiation between the groomsmen and the bridesmaids, debating on the amount to be paid before the groom can speak with his bride.

Well again today is not related to us, as we are the grooms sisters and Yh. Todays fun is between the groomsmen and the bridesmaids. But again, hafsah's friend is gonna record every bit of it for us.

I think the sayan baki is starting by 2-3 or so. I'm currently in my room eating noodles and sipping small sips of my caprison. If you don't know me, I'm in love with caprison. It's the love of my life. And yes I know I know, I'm 19, I'm too old for caprison and all. Mama tells me taht all the time.

But I don't care and I make her buy them Everytime she goes to the market. I finished eating my noodles and drinking caprison, when I finally stood up, I went downstairs to the kitchen and washed my plate then threw the caprison nilon in the dustbin.

I went back upstairs avoiding mama and work. When I came across Abdullah. "Hey sissy." He muttered. "Hy." I simply muttered. "Ah ah, where are you running to like this?" He asked. "Kai, ina guduwa ne daga aiki da mama."(hey, I'm running away from work and mama). I muttered and he let out a chuckle.

I heard mama's voice and I quickly ran upstairs to my room. I'm this kind of person that's attached to my room in every possible way.

I locked the door and hopped on my bed and then started using my phone. Ugh I'm tired and bored. I don't even know what to do seriously. I scrolled through social media but there wasn't any juicy post until I came across this one.

It showed a picture of a man with curly hair, pink lips and all that stuff. The caption read

Look at the son of Mr.Aliyu lawal babangida, Abubakar lawal. How cute😻

Ugh all these social media people and famzing. Especially Instagram. I offed my mobile data and my phone. Then reached out to my side lamp and put it off.

'Lawal babangida' I muttered in my head. I feel I've heard that name before. Maybe baba uttering it or something. I'm not sure.

I closed my eyes and layed back asleep dragging my duvet up to my chin. I fell asleep in not less than a minute. I don't even know when I fell asleep.

I woke up due to the alarm I set. Actually didn't remember setting an alarm but whatever. I pulled the duvet away from myself and put on the side lamp. I got out of bed to my mirror.

Oh shit my hair is a mess. I quickly took my brush and brushed my hair backwards. My hair was long and soft so it wasn't hard to brush. I used a ribbon to tie it firm and then put a cap and veil on.

I opened the door to my room noticing it won't open. Then I remembered I locked it. I lost the energy of stepping downstairs, and I went back and laid on my bed and began to scroll through social media.

I then saw a video sent to me from WhatsApp with the name 'goat' flashing on the screen. And yes, I saved hafsah's name as goat. Whatever. I clicked on the message and downloaded the video.

I saw that it was videos from the sayan baki and I began watching. Ya Allah these people can argue. Na wow oo. All for money.

I once again put off my mobile data and began to sleep. Yes I'm a sleepyhead. What else should I do when there's nothing to do at home except for mama's work. Which I'm not in the mood to do.
