Chapter 10

3rd person POV 

The next day came by and Quetzalcoatl was awaken from her sleep

Quetzalcoatl *groaning*: Where am I?

Kuroka: "Hey you, you're finally awake. After the fight with my husband, you were knocked out by his punch. He too suffered some bruises here and there. I healed you with senjutsu overnight, if not you will be sleeping for 3 days straight. How do you feel?"

Quetzalcoatl: "I feel so much better now, thanks a lot..."

Kuroka: "Kuroka, Y/N's wife" 

Quetzalcoatl: "Nice to meet you, where is Y/N?" 

Kuroka: "He is currently sleeping, I woke up early to buy some breakfast from the street vendors. Here some Akaru and apples"

Quetzalcoatl: "Thank you" 

Kuroka: "As an Aztec god, how is life living in Eridu like?" 

Quetzalcoatl: "Good question, I love the people there. I train the men there by teaching them lucha libre, seeing the small part that I control able to live and prosper by themselves is a good thing. I often go around with Jaguar man to help and take care of those in need." 

Kuroka: "It seems like my husband had woken up, I shall take my leave" 

Quetzalcoatl gave a nod and continued on with her breakfast, she was in thought of how to save the people in Uruk and in her own city. She was also curious of how Y/N bested her in a fight, other than other gods who bested her in some fight's as well she was really curious of how this master from Chaldea fought her with such bravery and went toe to toe with her. She was snap back to reality when she heard her door opening. 

Y/N: "Ohayo onee-san, how are you feeling? The fight yesterday was really good, its been a while since I fought like this." 

Quetzalcoatl: "Onee-san is feeling fine, my body is just really sore. Where did you learn to fight like this?" 

Y/N: "Long story... Like really long"

Quetzalcoatl: "Come, lie on Onee-san's lap and tell me your story"

Y/N: "You really know my likings" 

Y/N immediately lied on Quetzalcoatl's lap and she brushed his hair slowly will listening to his story, she gave a small smile throughout when Y/N was talking. It reminded her of her promise to protect the people and seeing how Y/N was explaining the life he had so far, it made her feel a greater need to protect the people's smile and happiness. She is also starting to view Y/N as her own little brother, someone she is going to take care and pamper. 10 minutes later, she saw Y/N dozed off on her lap she continued to stroke his head until a knock was at her door. It opened and Kurumi went in. 

Kurumi: "Ara~ Looks like darling is asleep on your lap "

Quetzalcoatl: "He slept 10 minutes ago, you are..."

Kurumi: "Tokisaki Kurumi, Y/N's wife" 

Quetzalcoatl: "So you are the first wife my brother is talking about. Nice to meet you, Quetzalcoatl des~  Y/N's Onee-san~"

Kurumi: "Onee-san?" 

Quetzalcoatl: "Yes~ He has called me this since he met me. To be honest, I have grown attached to this title it reminds me of the people's smile and future I have to protect. Plus, its been a while someone has fell asleep on my lap. I wonder if he is going to wake up soon." 

Right on cue, Y/N opened his eyes to see Quetzalcoatl communicating with Kurumi. He sat up and stretch a little before leaping into his wife's arms

 Y/N: "I miss you"
