'For Each Other' is the love story of two people from different worlds. Lalisa Manoban is an ambitious 18-year-old from a civilian family, while Jennie Kim is a disciplined 18-year-old girl from an Army family.

Jennie wishes to follow the family legacy and join the Korean Army one day to make her hero, her father and her country proud.

Lisa is the only daughter of a rich father, the apple of her mother's eye, raised with a lavish lifestyle. Her aim is to fly out of the country as soon as she finishes school. She thinks that normal people can have the same character and loyalty for the country as an Army person, while Jennie believes in looking at everything from the lens of the Army lifestyle.

Their worlds can't be more different. In the civilian world where 'providing for the family' and 'earning good money' are the most important things. Whereas in the army world where gallantry, pride and honour are most important, and country comes before family. But, love as an emotion remains the same with its countless colours and shades. Come and explore how Jennie and Lisa navigate their differences, fall in love, and suffer heartbreak and betrayals.

"You killed my father!"

"No, Jen. You're mistaken! Believe me-"

She fell quiet as she felt a stinging, harsh and hurting pain on her right cheek as well as her soul. She just slapped her. Her lover just slapped her.

"Get out! Get out of my house! Get out of my life!"

"I don't want to see her, ever again."

"That's not how it works, bro. She loves yo-"

"No!" She shouted. "Sh...She d-doesn't love me... She never loved me"

"You miss her, clearly. Don't try to act tough. You miss her and she misses yo-"

"Can you please stop already! It's annoying! If she loved me... Or even missed me, she would've paid me a visit."

"This was all a stupid blunder." They both said in unison without even knowing.

"Leo! Hey! Stop, you're gonna fall-" She ran after her brother. Not knowing what huge turn her life will take after this.

"Hey, Champ! Why are you here?" She said as the squatted down to meet the height of this short but cute boy in front of her.

"I am playing hide and seek with my sister. But, what are you doing here, Noona?"

She stared at the little boy in front of her. "You only found my house to hide?"

"What?! This is your house?"
The little boy declared. "But, how could you own this house? This house belongs to a close friend of my sister."

"Oh really?" She chuckled, wanting to hear more about what the little boy was saying. 'Naive' she thought. "Who's your sister? Let me meet her too then."

"Jennie Kim"

Before she could react, she heard faded steps. Being aware of her surroundings, she quickly turned around to know who in his right mind would wander around abandoned houses.

There they saw each other, where they had spent the most beautiful memories of their lives, the late-night meetings were all she could recall after those Years.

There stood the most beautiful woman she had ever seen. Brunette, petite body, cat-like eyes, cute little nose, small face... probably smaller than her own palms, then came her lips. Ooh! Those lips! She wanted to kiss them, right there. God knows how much she wanted to kiss those all day. Wait! What?!

They both stared at each other, absolutely stunned. Shock, nervousness, hatred... The need to feel each other, the need to hold each other, the need to know each other was immaculately radiating from each other's eyes, body... soul.

Both of their smiles faded in an instant.

All they could discover in their eyes were the most beautiful memories. Those sweet little pecks on the cheek. How they've fought the world for them to be together. How much they've sacrificed. Those cute little dates they would go on, sneakily.

"I-I... Uhh," Jennie uttered, not knowing what to say to the woman who was Once her love. "Thank you." She said, trying not to act bizarre.

"Captain. Captain Lalisa Manoban."

"Thank you-" she said, with an annoyed tone. "Thank you, Captain Lalisa Manoban."

As Jennie was turning her head from side to side, to avoid the woman's gaze. All Lisa could do was stare at the small brunette in front of her.

"Let's go, Leo."

As she was about to pull Leo into their Abandoned house, he made Jennie stop.

"She promised me that she'll visit our house. And you're an Army Officer, right? Army officers never break their promises."

"Yes, Leo! You're absolutely right." She said to Leo. "No one should break Their Promises" Now piercing her eyes towards the brunette, who was standing in an Army Uniform. Looking marvellous. "But few people break them." Lisa said, still boring holes in front of the beauty.

Jennie looking weak, which she can't stand took a hold of her brother as they rushed into their Once Abandoned House.
