You were doing so good. So good.
You lost almost 4 pounds.
You cut out all sweets, you happily ate salad, you exercised your anger away, you felt happy. You felt confident. You felt, just a smidge prettier.

You fell out.
You took some days off.
You gained 2 pounds.
You ate pounds of sweets, salad sounded decent but not particularly good, you quit exercising saying you were too tired, you felt ugly. Your confidence disappeared. You felt, yet again, distasteful to others.

Yet, you sit on your bed, staring at the ceiling hating on yourself and for what? You have exercise equipment. You have music, you have a place to work out. But where's your motivation? Where's your drive inside?

No one can replace that drive.
No one but you.
Because at the end of the day, you only have yourself.

At the end of the day, everyone's alone.
