Leo, an 8-year-old boy, looked as the world started to fall, monsters that exist only in fantasies sent civilisation into anarchy, people started to do whatever they wanted as order ceased to have meaning to all of them, only a few men still had a sane mind upon seeing their world plunged to its end.
These brave men fought against these monsters with their means, some used blunt weapons, guns, or sharp objects as they proved to be useful.
Suddenly, monuments with portals descended on parts of the world, more monsters came out, and these men suddenly became stronger as a system implemented itself in their minds.
Those people who didn't fight also found a new source of strength to protect the world.
And so the monsters were pushed back inside the dungeons, and humanity emerged victoriously.
Firearms were now useless, and medieval weapons and equipment became the new means to fight against monsters, new governments stood, and order was restored.
Now, the people who could fight with their system were called 'awakened', their age didn't matter.
Soon the world finally became normal, as awakened's roamed the world and fought inside dungeons as a way to earn a living, to gain wealth and fame, power and authority.
30 years passed, and Leo still hasn't left the dungeon he entered when he was still an 8-year-old boy.
