"Miss Rustle"!
I slowly start to turn around to the mysterious voice.
"....Mrs.P...Perez...I'm so sorry I promise it won't happen again".
"Sorry Daysia it's your fifth time late to class, sorry young lady but I am afraid you won't be going to this years spring dance".
Mrs.Perez was the most horrid, mean, and strict teacher in our whole school. Her red hair made her look very old, and her big blue eyes were always wide and alert. Her horrid mole next to her lower lip, and finally her makeup. I would say she wares to much of it.
"Makeup can make you look pretty, it can't make miracles though". Marcy once said
If I could only say what is on my mind, I would become history at this high school.
(Start to imagine what I would say)
"Mrs.Perez (giggling) who did you marry? I have to say that you had to make someone marry you because I doubt that anybody would want to. You are the most horrid person in this entire school! You think you are a great and well behaved person but the truth is that you are just a stupid little bitch".
( I am interrupted and get out of my "trance")
"Miss. Rustle, Miss. Rustle, are you ok, you spaced out for a minute"?
" Yes...yes...sorry, is there any other way in which I can be punished, I really need to go to the spring dance, please".
"I'm sorry Daysia".
" Please, please, you don't know how important this is to me"!
Slowly I notice I have started tearing, my eyes were getting irritated and had started to turn red.
" I'm so sorry to break down like this Mrs , but I need to go to that dance".
" Ok then.....I have to find another way to punish you for this......I know, instead of taking notes during my class, you will be out in the school pod cleaning".
"How long will I be doing this"?
" Don't worry it's just a week, at least you will be going to this years spring dance, won't you".
"Yes, thank you Mrs.Perez, thank you, who would have thought you had a heart"?
"What?..( glances back at me with those big blue eyes of hers). I'll see you on Monday Miss. Rustle".
