This story follows the plot of the anime of season 3 part 2. However, there is a slight manga spoiler in the epilogue but it's nothing too major in my opinion.
Anyway, here are some trigger warnings. Please let me know if I missed anything!

3. Blood (it's AOT).
4. Attempted rape.
5. Slight panic attacks.
