After me and Riff eat breakfast we run- well not because we don't have any money, it's because the waitress is a total bitch and we don't have any money.
Riff securely held onto my wrist as we ran, well more him dragging my as I try to keep up with my little legs it did not work so well.
"Riff stop pulling on my wrist- it- it hurts," I try to tell him and he finally lets go of them.
"S- s- I apologize" he finally said after trying to say sorry multiple times.
"It's okay lover boy, I forgive you," I tell him with a cheery smile. "Where are we going?" I then ask.
"Right here to docs, to face your fears!" Riff exclaimed to me and stopped.
"o- okay Riff, but only if you back me u and if I want to leave we will leave." I give him my conditions.
"Okay sure," he said and nodded in agreement. He took my hand and lead me into the shop that I was scared of.
The bell dinged as we walked in hand and hand.
"Hey Tony! How are you doing! Been a while hasn't it?" Riff called cheery.
"I saw you and the guys only yesterday," the tall dude that I stole from when I first came here named 'Tony' said sounding slightly annoyed while stocking the shelves then he turned to me. "Wait it's you, you owe me five cents,"
"Tony leave the pour girl alone, she's no richer then me or you, and she just ran away from her house in-" he pauses waiting for me to fill in the blank since I haven't told him yet.
"California" I tell him filling in the blank like he signaled.
"Sunny California where all of the hot shots live, but that's not the point- the point is you can spot her a five cent candy bar Tony just this once." Riff asked him.
"Fine- fine! why'd you guys come here in the first place then?" Tony ask both of us but more Riff.
"To come and tease you daddio why else would we come here?" Riff told him sarcastically.
"Oh okay" Tony says and gets back to work.
"No- no are you insane we came to see you superman," Riff ergs Tony.
"Well I don't know what to expect from you any more batman," Tony reply's back. "So who is she to you Batman?" He pointed at me.
"She's- uhh my my my my- g g girlfriend?" Riff said more as a question then an answer. I'm super surprised about what he said- like we did not discuss this or anything he just went about saying it. I am very upset.
No I'm not, in fact I kinda like it.
Uggggh stupid brain telling me crazy stupid stuff that's true.
I blush at his comment though. I think he noticed to because he started putting on his signature smirk after he looked back at my face.
"So what's your girlfriends name?" Tony questions Riff sounding suspicious about the whole 'boyfriend girlfriend' thing we have going on right now.
"Her names Delilah" Riff answers immediately while walking around the store scanning the shelves for a specific item. "Does your store sell- ah never mind" he said and stuffs something into his pocket.
"You know you can't just walk into this place and steal anything you want Riff," Tony said and walks closer to Riff so they are inch's apart.
Riff pulls Tony's shirt down so he's ear is next to his mouth and whispers something I can't understand but I hear the word 'present' somewhere in there. Riff let's go and they brake apart then Tony glances slightly in my direction.
"We're leaving," Riff says and takes my hand starting to walk out.
"Bye superman nice to see you again!" I shout using his nickname as Riff pulls me out of the door.
"Bye Haley Quinn," I hear him mumble before the door shuts in my face.
