All hashiras were training outside, master Ubuyashiki is not available now. Shinobu is training together with Mitsuri, Kyojuro and Tengen, Sanemi and Obanai. And well, Giyuu has been off on a mission since no one wanted to train with him. Only the stupidest thing was that you had to train with ..Muichiro, the one who hated you the most.

"You're doing it wrong, Y/n." Muichiro said, You sighed and rolled your eyes. "Well sorry sir, who wants everything perfect. I'll do my best next time." Muichiro looked at you coldly, it gave you the chills.

You and Muichiro started hating each other since.. you were new to the Hashira's it only started when you accidentally scratched his sword. He never forgave you, which was super annoying by the way. What every time you got thrown together in a group there was always messing around, you and Muichiro couldn't get together much.

"You have to hold your sword higher, then you can cut the neck faster." Muichiro said as he crossed his arms, Y/n shook her head. "No, I say keep the sword lower." She argued back, Muichiro said nothing and walked away. "Oh?! Walk away then, you know I'm right. You can't deny it!" You screamed, Muichiro turned around. "If you want, but if a demon comes at you. You are dead, so keep your sword above your head" And he walked off.

"You're dead, so hold your sword above your head." you imitated him, you rolled your eyes and walked to the village. You walked quietly through the forest to the village because of the peace and quiet, the birds chirping. You came across the village in the distance, you walked to a stall and held a bag of candy. "Thank you" You thanked the man, and walked back through the woods. You saw a large tree, and sat against the tree on the ground. You took some candy and took it out of the wrapper.

"There's nothing like candy" You took the first candy in your mouth, enjoying the warm weather and the birds and einkorns jumping from tree to tree. And an arm? Your eyes jumped open when you saw that a large bite had been taken from it. Der just lay an arm in the woods with .. fresh blood on it. You immediately stood up and looked around, there was nothing. "There must have been a demon around." She looked behind her tree but nothing, until...

something just pulled on her arm. A demon was standing in front of her, she took her sword and started running towards the demon. You lowered your sword and tried to stab him, but the demon dodged it. "Huh?!" You looked at the demon with anger, you ran at him again and held your sword above your head and swung it at him. His arm fell off his cold body as he began to scream. "Ugh, I can't believe he was right.." You said softly, the demon ran towards you and held out its sharp nails at you. You dodged it this time, but the demon was pretty smart. He had an extra leg that tripped you.

He laughed meanly and was about to kill you, you closed your eyes since there was nothing you could do. Your sword was all the way by the tree, you were ready for the pain. Who didn't come? You opened one eye and saw Muichiro. You opened your eyes and saw that Muichiro had killed the demon. You looked at him in shock and he turned to you. "So sword over your head IS better. Right? Y/n." Muichiro looked at you, you sighed and nodded softly. "Knew it." he said, you got up and took your sword and your bag of candy. You were about to go back to the Hashiras. "No thanks?"

You turned around. "Thank you." You said when you walked back to the Hashiras. You saw Tanjiro and Nezuko inside, you smiled and walked over to them. "Hello, Tanjiro! Nezuko." You looked at them, Tanjiro greeted you back and Nezuko nodded happily. "How was your workout?" Tanjiro asked, you first looked at the floor and then back at him. "I had training with Muichiro, then I decided to go to the village to get some. When I went back there turned out to be a demon in the forest, haha ​​I was almost there until... Muichiro helped me." You said with an awkward smile, Tanjiro looked shocked. "Oh, I didn't expect that from him! You must mean a lot to him." He smiled at you, your eyes widened and your cheeks slowly started to turn red but quickly started to laugh through it. "Nah, we don't like each other." You said, he looked at you confused. "Mmh, no I don't think so. I think you mean a lot to him, even though you often argue." Nezuko nodded at his answer.

You started to think, but did nothing about it. "I'm going to Shinobu with nezuko soon for an examination, see you later Y/n!" said Tanjiro with a smile and left. You walked to your room and closed the door, you lay down on your bed and closed your eyes. "What a tiring day." You looked from your bed at the window, suddenly your crow banged against the window. You immediately sat up. "Stupid crow, I was scared to death." You opened your window and your crow flew in on your lap on the bed. "What's in your beak?" You asked him, your crow let go of the letter. "A LETTER TO L/N FROM YOUR PARENTS!" Your crow screamed, you closed your ears with your hands. You started to get on your knees on the bed and grabbed your crow. The window was still open and you pushed your crow out. "HUH? NO L/N!!" Your crow howled, you closed the window as fast as you could.

You opened your letter and read it. "Hello, Y/n. Me and your dad have something to say, we know you've been busy since you're a hashira. You're saving the world, you're a strong girl. You said, he looked at you in almost shock when he saw tears running down your cheeks for the first time. "Why are you crying?" Muichiro asked you coldly, you shrugged and wanted to close your door again. Muichiro held the door open with his foot and walked in. "So, are you going to tell me?" You looked at him and said nothing, Muichiro slowly rolled his eyes. And walked up to you, just what you didn't expect threw his arms around you and pulled you into a warm hug.

"W-What are you doing?" you stuttered, Muichiro held you in his arms for another few minutes. After a while he pulled away and looked at you. "Are you done crying?" he asked siriously, you shook your head gently. "Good, because I can't hear that howling anymore." He said, you walked back to your bed and sat on your bed. Muichiro walked over to you and sat next to you. "Do you want to talk about it?" He asked, you shook your head no. "Okay, if you want to talk about it you can tell me." He said, you looked at him. "It's not like you're going to forget." You laughed softly, but Muichiro kept looking sirious. "I'm serious, Y/n." He said, you nodded. "Even though I'm forgetful, I'll really listen to you." you started playing with your blankets, when you couldn't look into his eyes. "Why are you being so nice to me?" you asked him. "I don't know, and don't get used to it." He joked, you finally looked at him. "Do you want to start again?" you asked him. He nodded. "A New Start" "Deal."
