Chapter 7~Mutual Feelings

I laid back on the couch after getting home from the warehouse. It was an easy-going day; nothing but weighing and packing. We're preparing for distribution to our sellers. Plus I had to redo the payroll for the actual business. The switch to the new leadership was going surprisingly easy. I thought they'd be more resistance from the employees but turns out everyone felt that I was the natural choice for the position.

I turned the tv on to find something good to watch but as soon as I found something the front door opened and I heard a bunch of commotion. I got up to check it out, only to see LaToya giving directions to a group of moving people. One after another, the moving people brought in furniture, plants, decorations, clothes, shoes, purses, even pillows and comforter sets. At the end of the line was Toni. I stopped her before she went upstairs. "Hey. Did you have fun?"

"Yeah. I hope you're not mad at how much I spent. I kind of got beside myself with Toya. She just kept giving everything I said I liked to the sales person."

"It's fine. What'd you spend?" She played with her fingers.

"I really don't know."

"It's okay. I'll check if that makes you feel better." She nodded. I took out my phone and checked the bank account. "Oh you only spent 30k on the debit card and didn't even touch the credit card." Her eyes got big.

"30k! Oh god. I'm so sorry. I didn't realize." She put her head in her hands. I grabbed them.

"Hey, hey. What's the problem?"

"That's a lot of money. Almost my yearly salary." I laughed. She got upset. "What's funny?"

"Nothing. It's just you realize that 30k is nothing to me. I can make that back in a few days."

"Are you sure?"

"Definitely. Now I can increase your limit."

"What do you mean?"

"I've dated girls before and given them money and they spend it all in a couple hours. Granted I've never given anyone as much as I gave you but still. It took you all day to spend that and plus you spent it on a variety of things. There was one girl who spent 15k just on purses."

"Wow. Yeah that's not me. Honestly, if I didn't have to get things for my room, I would've spent a lot less."

"You're fine. Come on, I want to see what you bought." I held her hand as she led me to the room. The room was filled with all sorts of stuff. I looked and saw that a lot of her stuff was a lot of things to do with peace, love, nature, and spirituality. The movers left after switching the couches, so Toya and Toni started setting up the things they were able to.

"Jan, where do you think I should put this?" She held up this tapestry that had a woman with an afro with different chakras around her.

"Um, how about behind your bed."

"Okay." I watched as she stood on her nightstand with thumbtacks to hang up the tapestry. Then she turned to me and held her hands up at it. "What do you think?"

"Nice." I held out my hand to help her down but she still hesitated to step down. I never realized how short she was. Grabbing her waist, she hung on my neck as I lifted her up and sat her on the floor. She didn't have on shoes so I really got a view of how short she was. I've only seen her in heels. She couldn't be more than 5 feet. I heard the doorbell. "I'll be back." I ran down to the front door. Opening it, I saw it was the crew. "What's up y'all."

"We're here to help with Toni's room. We brought tools and shit." said Joey.

"Cool. Follow me." I led them to the room and the ladies had turned on some music. Lay on my stomach, toot it up, do the crybaby. Look back, hold it open, now he annihilated. Moaning like a bitch when he hit this pussy. Damn, he probably wanna wear my hoodie. Toni had changed into some biker shorts and was twerking while Toya was hyping her up. She rapped as she bent over and shook her ass on Toya. Deeper, deeper, I need a reaper. Thought I was in trouble how he tearin' them cheeks up. Keep me a freak, who the flavor of the week? If I make up the rules, then I don't think it's cheatin'.
