The air flew through the blonde locks as the girl sat, quite relaxed on the back of the truck. She looked back to the window where her three older friends sat, eyes focused on the road. They had been on the road for awhile now, driving back and forth to scavenge whatever they could find.
Cas's eyes traced the buildings the truck passed by, how unique each one was. There had been this one ranch farm but didn't last long as there was a herd nearby.
"Hey Cas'! See anything we missed?" Casey turned her head back to face forward, getting one last glance before answering. "Nah, we good."
