Mammon and the beast (On Hold For A Bit)

chapter 22 Luke's & Kammon's Birthday adventure

Today the day before their birthday they were being babysit by Solomon and were left alone with the snacks he made them.

Kammon : .....he look so happy making them...."

Luke : I don't think we have a choice...."

Kammon : ....for uncle Solomon....to make him happy..."

Luke : yeah....for Solomon....."

They both took a deep breath before starting to eat the snacks as fast as they could.

They didn't want Solomon to feel bad he seemed happy making them little snacks it was something different.

Few minutes later Solomon walked over with Simeon and Mammon and they found them asleep on the floor or passed out.

Mammon : he killed them...."

Simeon : no their still breathing..... barley"

Solomon : what a shame I was going to take them out for ice cream afterw-

Suddenly they weakly sat up and said trying to stand up looking sick a little bit.

Kammon : Ice cream!"

Luke : please!"

Simeon : ice cream always works"

Mammon : how are they still alive?"

Simeon : kids are reluctant which is good in their case"

The next day everyone was at the castle for Kammon's and Luke's birthday and while everyone was talking Luke was in Kammon's room with her. Sitting on the floor fixing her hair and braiding it for their birthday.

Before he did her hair she did his and just put a bunch of hair clips in it and made tiny ponytails he looked funny but he didn't mind it.

Anyway as he was braiding her hair she  said she quickly pick up a box and said turning around facing him ruining her hair.

Kammon : I forgot! Here is your present!"

Luke took it and asked wondering what was in the small box.

Luke : what's  in it?"

Kammon : you have to open it!"

Luke then did and saw two necklaces in it that were angels wings.

Luke : what's this?"

Kammon : a friendship necklace. You wear one and I wear the other so we'll always be best friends!"

Luke : ....this is so cool!"

Luke then put one on while Kammon put on the other after this she said.

Kammon : when you put them together they become one pair of wings"

Luke : ..... I'm glad we're best friends I never had one before...."

Kammon : neither have I. I hope we're always friends! Even afterwards right?"

Luke : afterwards?"

Kammon : yeah? We'll still friends afterwards right? Solomon told me humans don't live long like angels and demons or like him then grandpa Lucifer threw a shoe at him and knocked him out ."

Luke : ....."

Luke hadn't even thought about that it never cross his mind and he didn't think about it because it scared him. But he said smiling.

Luke : yeah! Of course we will! Simeon says it takes awhile to find people afterwards but I'll wait for you and if you get lost I'll go find you!"

Kammon : cool. The necklaces should help  should be easy to spot"

Luke : yeah....."

After then Kammon turned back around and Luke started fixing her hair again.

Kammon : where's my present?"

Luke : downstairs it's a big present you'll love it!"

Later downstairs they were busy putting the finishing touches on the cake until everyone walked over.

Kammon : perfect!"

MC : .....you both look adorable!"

Simeon : did you do each other's hair?"

Kammon : I look pretty!"

Levi : yeah but Luke looks l-

Luke : I look nice! She did a great job!"

Asmo : Luke I think it's time for her gift now"

Luke : right!"

Asmo and Luke then walked away and everyone went over to the ballroom.

Later in the ballroom everyone was standing around and looking at a little stage where off to the side Asmo was at a little booth fixing stuff and talking with Luke who was holding a mic looking nervous.

Asmo : this is the cutest thing ever!"

Luke : you think she'll like it?"

Asmo : definitely who doesn't like a song?"

Luke : thank you for helping me make it "

Asmo : I am happy to help. Finally I can use my dj skills for something"

Luke : how did you even do that?"

Asmo : I wanted to start a band it didn't work out. Now go can't keep her waiting"

Luke : right!"

Luke then walked over to the stage and stood there and said.

Luke : .....this is your birthday present Kammon....I.....I hope you like it....."

The music started to play after this he started singing the song he made for her.

During him singing seeming so nervous about it. He looked at Kammon who was clapping and seeming very happy and excited even humming along she loved this.

And everyone was finding this so cute and adorable. Simeon was filming but then started to cry so Mammon took the camera then he started to cry so Barbatos took it and was trying also not to cry.

And after he was done Kammon walked over to him and started going on and on about how cool it was and after this they went over to the cake to help cut and pass it out to everyone.

Throughout the night lots of pictures were taken and everyone was having a great time.

But again the thought pop into Luke's head he had no idea what the future held for either of them.

But he knew no matter what they would always be friends and nothing would stop or change that so he wasn't worried at all about anything because he knew it would be fine in the end. So no need to worry.
