I turned around after closing the door.
She was crying.
"Bella?" i asked
She turned around and it looked like she has been crying a lot.
"What are you doing here?" my mom asked
She calmed down a bit enough to talk
"My parents and I were coming to pack our stuff here because we just moved to Atlanta. We got in a car accident and they passed away 5 minutes ago and i want to die with them" she said
"Bella, you do realize your saving my sisters life and taking yours right?" i said with a shaky voice
"I know Austin thats why i am doing it because you lover her" she said
"I love both of you" i said
She looked shocked
"You still love me?" she asked
I walked up to her
"Yes Bella i do" i said
I grabbed her waist and hugged her
She looked up and me.
I leaned down and kissed her lips.
A doctor came in
"Ready Bella?"
"No" i said butting in
"I'll do it, i'll give my sister my lung and Bella can live" i added
"Austin no i can't lose you" my mom said
"I can't let two people i love be hurt, if one dies i'll be hurt" i said
"It's now or she won't make it" the doctor said
Bella was already getting ready.
They said they will use both of us.
I said goodbye to Alex and Dave. I kissed my sister one last time and left to go get the surgery.
I said bye to my mom and left.
{Alex's P.O.V}
Michele walked in bawling,
"He did it because Bella was the one" she said in between sobs.
I was crying so much.
Dave was too
Dave was holding onto Michele
A doctor came in and took Crystal
That was the last time i was probably ever going to see Austin again.
We walked to the waiting room and sat down
•Hours Later•
The doctor came around the corner
"Alright it went well Crystal is resting her room right now. You may see her if you want" he said then walked away
Michele was crying because he said nothing about Austin.
We got up and walked to Crystal's room.
I saw Bella crying. Michele and Dave were inside i went up to her.
I stood behind her
"Bella?" i said quietly
She turned around and hugged me
"Alex, i miss my parents i wanted to die, why didn't they use my lung?"
"Bella do you really think your parents would want you dead?" i said
