Okay so in this story tony survived the snap he did still bringing everyone back he just had a very burnt arm from the power off the gauntlet. Steve never went back in time to Peggy and returned all off the stones failing to get Natasha back.
This is set after the whole Hawkeye series,Yelena and Kate are part off this story.
