The skywheel seemed fun at first but as the line started getting closer, my anxiety started getting back and my hands started clamping a bit, there was no way I was gonna survive this.
"So are you gonna be okay with urban riding with you? It's just that they only let two people in each and I would hate for you to ride by yourself." Luna asked.
"Yeah as long as he is, I can always sit this round out if need be." I said shrugging my shoulders but freaking more out that I would be riding with urban.
"You know I don't mind riding with you ma." Urban said standing beside me.
The line finally moved so more, and we were finally loaded into the ride. I was looking at urban who was across from me, but secretly having a panic attack.
"You know what, I think I'm gonna sit by you ma, if you don't mind." He said quickly swapping seats and taking a picture of the beach.
"Sweetheart are sure your okay?" He asked looking at me.
"This is my first time on a ride like this and I'm kinda freaking over here and the wind isn't helping either." I said quietly as i felt urban lace his hand with mine.
"It's okay to be scared ma, I was scared my first time I rode a ride this. In fact I almost threw up on my fate at the time." He said making me laugh a little.
"Really?" I asked quietly.
"Yeah. So it's okay to be nervous, it'll go away about the third or fourth time go around and I'm here so you know I would let nothing happen to you." He said squeezing your hand making you smile a bit.
"Thanks Urb." I said as the ride started moving.
"So this really your first amusement ride?" He asked trying to keep me focused on him or the water.
"Yeah I know shocking. But most of the time I was taking care of my mom or other times we didn't have the money for it and I didn't expect Luna to pay for everything." I said.
"I understand that but now that gives me an opportunity to take you on a proper fair outing." He said.
"Are you asking me out mr. Wyatt?" I asked with a smile in your voice.
"I am. So will you go out with me ma?" He asked.
"I would nothing more. Though I do hope you plan on winning me something before you get that kiss." I asked sort of relaxing and pulling out my phone and getting some photos.
"Of course ma. Feeling more relaxed now?" He asked.
"A bit yeah, thank you for that." I said stretching my legs out.
"No need to thank me, you know I got you sweetheart." He said smiling at me as the ride came to a stop before it started back up.
We kept talking and making jokes with each other making my nerves go away until the ride finally stopped so they could start letting people off.
"That was actually pretty fun, thank you again for that Urb." I said as we stepped off.
"Glad I could be of service, you wanna go grab some food?" He asked keeping his hand locked with yours.
"I would love too." I said letting him lead me through the crowd of people so we get food and meet up with our friends.
