You felt a little nostalgic as you watched the beautiful scenes passing by from the train. You tried to smile, thinking you'll get to see your favorite places again. But as you listened to your favorite tune while looking at some odd-shaped clouds, it didn't really help you, as it brought you to bad memories.

You remembered like it happened yesterday. It was so sudden, none of you had time to react. You always wondered how you survived, when both your parents didn't.

The accident happened about a week ago. Your father was driving you and your mother to a friend's house, when suddenly, a car was going the wrong way and crashed against your dad's car. You didn't have time to scream. You just blacked out, and didn't feel anything. After a couple of days you woke up in a hospital. At first you thought you were in heaven because of the bright lights that blinded you when you first opened your eyes, only to find you were the only survivor. After this incident you decided to live in the house were your grandparents once lived when they were alive.

There you were. You sighed at the thought. You didn't want to cry because a little five year old that was sitting across from you was staring at you the whole time with his light blue eyes filled with curiosity. You slightly tilted your head and managed to smile at him before looking back at the scenery. The little boy gave you a bigger smile and copied you.

During the whole journey , the little boy in which you later found out his name was Dylan, kept on pointing at the clouds and tried guessing how they looked like. He would look at you from time to time and kept on talking to you. Even though you did most of the listening than the speaking. Other passengers would think you two are siblings and think your adorable. The boy's mother was peacefully taking a nap beside him.

When it was your turn to leave, Dylan kept in whining while his mother chuckled and thanked you for keeping him busy while she was asleep. The little boy gave you a tight hug by wrapping his petite arms around your legs and gave you one of the biggest smiles you've ever received.

"Promise me we'll see each other again," he said, giving you his puppy dog eyes.

"I promise," you replied as you ruffled his dark black tresses and smiled. The boy let go and walked back to his mother with an even bigger smile on his adorable face. They both waved as you left the train and you waved back from outside

You glanced at each house passing house as you walked long a pathway.
You were currently for your grandparents' house, which was number 6 in the neighborhood. The problem was that all the houses looked identical. The were all constructed with red-orange bricks with brown rooftops. The last time you came was long ago, and you couldn't believe how much it's changed.

You let out a content sigh as you finally found it. You walked as fast as possible while carrying her luggage. You put them down quickly and searched for the keys. When you found them, you inserted the small metallic object in the keyhole twisting it till you heard a click. You slowly pushed the door open, picked up your luggage, and walked inside and you closed the door behind you. When you turn around you (Eye Color) eyes widened as you scanned the living room. many furniture was missing since they were old or broken, so the place was quiet empty. You still kept the ones with great value, in most cases the ones that are sentimental. You took your belongings to your room where you used to sleep when you came to visit.

The doorbell suddenly rang, making you jump a little and furrow your eyebrows in confusion. You were expecting the men to bring in the new furniture from the old house, but they were suppose to come in the next 3 hours. You quickly ran downstairs as it kept on ringing. You made your way to the door and opened it, finally stoping the annoying sound of the doorbell.
