i was super hyped bout meeting my childhood friend that i didn't realized that thickness in the air at the dinning table. as usual the table was full of great food and delicious pudding with some wine and juice and everyone seemed pretty happy but i felt that still something is missing.
out of nowhere grandpa clinked his glass of wine to gain our attention.
" my kiddos its so great to have you all here with us and i can't describe how happy i am to share this table with you all. i wanted to announce you that as me and and your grandma are going on a world tour and zach and millie are finally adopted by daisy and ryan so we would like to show our appreciation towards daisy and ryan by gifting them a house where they can move out with zach and millie. the adoption papers would be sent to you both after 3 days and by then zach and millie would already be shifted and they'll come to pick you both to move out."- my grandpa announced.
" wow grandpa, thankyou so much guys"
"i can't believe it."
"i am so happy. now i can have a hybrid and a house with so much privacy."
"isn't it great daisy!"- ryan exclaimed
"yah, it is." i don't know why but my mood just dampened after hearing all this announcement and i just knew that i didn't wanted it all but still i guess i just need to accept it and move on as anyways i would have millie as my hybrid whose more like a older sister than just a regular hybrid.
"so, anyways where are zach and millie grandma?"- i asked.
"well they are in the balcony waiting for you both."
"why?"
"well, now that you both had accepted them to be your hybrids its time to also tell us whom do you want to be your hybrid?"
" well, what do you mean?"- ryan asked.
"it means whom do you want ryan- zach or millie?"
"oh ..."
"millie."- me and ryan spoke together
"haha, what. you both want millie?"- mom asked
'i want millie'
'no i want her.'
"wait ."- dad said. he continued further by asking to decide it by discussing it with zach and millie themselves and let them know about it together.
while dinner continued like usual, i was frightened as in the starting i thought that millie would be with me as ryan would choose zach . but now its a mess, i didn't wanted hybrid in the first place due to zach but now its a huge possibility that i might just end up with him. i just didn't wanted zach. he he.. well as i was debating in my mind my phone just buzzed.
as i checked it, there were some texts from zach.

daisy- wth!

zach- from millie, duh!
daisy- see zach, its such an old promise and for god sake we were so young then. you too know that i .
zach- daisy i don't care. you know what there'll be consequences of your choices, so look out.
