Heejakehoon - Goodbyes are new Beginning

"Is this alright? Look at it babe." Jake called out for the taller boy, who was in the same situation as him, contemplating what to wear.

Despite his inner battle with himself on what to wear, when he heard his babi call him. He immediately replaced it with a soft smile.

"Wow, you have already chosen some nice clothes. Wear that, babi, it suits you well." With the approval of his boyfriend, Jake nodded cheerfully with a wide smile.

Sunghoon looked at his babi while he was searching on what accessories he could partner his outfit with. Then Hoon looked back at his closet, contemplating again about his choice of clothes. Going back to his internal battle.

You might ask why they have to think so hard on what to wear for valentines day when they're only going on a polyamorous date with their longtime bestfriend, their Heeseung.

But.

That's why they have to think about it so much because they are on a date with their longtime crush, the Lee Heeseung.

Yes, they both have a crush or maybe something even more than that (but they were too scared to admit it), when they themselves are in a relationship.

Let's not get into too much detail about their relationship, to summarize it all:

First- These three have been friends since kindergarten, but Jake moved out to Australia on grade school (elementary).

Sunghoon then, being too busy because of his ice skating. And also competes in different regions in Korea, causing him to travel a lot.

Heeseung, missing his two beloved bestfriends a lot. But really can't do much, focused on his studies instead. Always participating in quiz bees and school events.

But their communication never faltered, they wouldn't allow that.

Second- Jake got back to Korea during highschool, Sunghoon still in ice skating and Heeseung being the classroom president everytime.

They then met the other four; Sunoo, Jay, Jungwon and Ni-ki. It made them even more closer. Closer than Sungoon expected, and he did not like that.

But he wasn't one to be petty, just very jealous.

Third- College, when Sunghoon couldn't take it anymore. He talked to the first person he would see, which is Jake.

Confessed, because of frustration and jealousy build up.

Lastly- became a couple, though they didn't feel complete. But was terrified on ruining their friendship when they did want to be complete.

They planned to confess, planned to tell everything to Heeseung. But how can they when he was the happiest when the two of them announced their relationship.

It was like they were hit with cold and hot water at the same time, realizing, Heeseung didn't saw them in that way.

But well, their love for him isn't easy to let go. Even now that they were already working, Sunghoon being the manager of a Hotel, Jake being a nurse in a private clinic and Heeseung inherited his family business.

They just can't let go. So they held on, really tight.

Back to reality, it seemed like Sunghoon doesn't have that much time to fight his inner battles anymore.
