Summary: Cyrus desperately wants to talk to Jonah, who is reluctant to explain himself until Cyrus says how he feels.

Jonah tried to outrun Cyrus, as his friend started getting closer, but Cyrus was surprisingly sprightly as he managed to catch up quickly. He grabbed Jonah's arm, and held him steady.

Cyrus: Why are you trying to avoid me?

Jonah: I'm not, I just had somewhere I needed to be.

Cyrus: Did you suddenly realise that when you saw me?

Jonah: No, I didn't.

Cyrus really wasn't buying it as he kept trying to work out why Jonah was acting the way he was. It wasn't as if Cyrus had ever tried to upset him.

Cyrus: You know, I heard what you and the girls were saying.

Jonah: Well, isn't that docious? *sighs*

Cyrus: Did you really believe what you said?

Jonah: What?

Cyrus: You said you weren't important to me because I have TJ.

Jonah: Well... I...

Knowing that this wasn't going to be the easiest conversation that they would ever have, Cyrus attempted to stay focused and on point.

Cyrus: Are you really jealous of us?

Jonah: You think I'm jealous?

Cyrus: You're not exactly displaying support, I want to give you the benefit of the doubt, but you aren't exactly helping yourself.

Deep down, Jonah knew that he wouldn't be able to deny anything for much longer. However, as he believed it was a pointless situation, he tried.

Jonah: Believe whatever you want to believe. I don't know what you are thinking, but I'm not jealous, in fact I couldn't care less.

There was a moment of severe awkwardness as Jonah tried to stand his ground, but Cyrus saw right through it all.

Things were made worse when TJ walked over to join them. He went looking for Cyrus after a few minutes, and was a bit tired of it all. He was happy to hear what Jonah had said.

TJ: Muffin, will you come back with me now?

Cyrus: I'm not finished yet.

TJ: You are wasting your time, he already said that he couldn't care less.

Cyrus: I don't think I like your tone.

TJ: Come on, let's go.

Taking Cyrus' arm, TJ attempted to drag his boyfriend away. Cyrus however, wasn't moving, and instead attempted to move closer to Jonah.

Cyrus: Perhaps we should have some space.

TJ: What?!

Cyrus: I can't deal with you right now, and I am not in the mood.

TJ: Then maybe we should just break up.

Cyrus: Fine by me!

Jonah couldn't believe what he was seeing, and felt guilty as it was mostly his fault. TJ stormed off, leaving Cyrus alone with Jonah.

Jonah: I'm sorry, this all my---

Cyrus: Stop, you've done nothing wrong.

Jonah: Look, I was jealous.

Cyrus: I know, it was obvious.

Jonah: I just wanted to be with you, but I missed that chance didn't I?

Cyrus: Don't say that, it's never too late.

Jonah felt a rush of energy, as he kissed Cyrus passionately. He didn't care if anyone was watching, or what they thought. When they pulled apart, nothing needed to be said, they smiled at one another, the first time Jonah had done so in a while.
