Chapter 2 (Episode 12)

-3rd person POV-

Y/n fell on the ground after using her domain expansion,Toge ran towards her and caught her midair,shaking her body with concern,maki,yuta,panda and Gojo also came 

Mai shouted " TODO ARE YOU OKAY? " 

all the kyoto students rushed towards him,he was okay and they were reassured 

"You're gonna pay for this" Mai glared at Y/n's unconscious body

Gojo gave a look at Mai "Are you saying you want to mess with me and my daughter?" he said with a very serious tone which made Mai to back off

Toge was still shaking Y/n's body but still no response

"We should take her to Ieri sensei" Maki said,with a very worried expression

Toge held Y/n in her arms and he ran towards Ieri sensei,everyone following him as well

after a while they were in the medical facility,They rushed towards Ieri sensei's room and opened the door without knocking

"WE GOT AN EMERGANCY!!!" Maki shouted

"Woah Woah,What's wrong?" Ieri sensei said

"She used a domain expansion and she's not waking up now" Gojo said in a serious tone

"A DOMAIN EXPANSION?" Ieri sensei exclaimed in disbelief "LET ME TAKE A LOOK AT HER,THIS MIGHT BE VERY SERIOUS"

Toge put Y/n down on the bed and Ieri sensei started examining her

after a careful examination,she pinpointed the problem and looked at us in pure sadness

"WHAT IS WRONG WITH HER?" Gojo yelled

"I'm afraid I have to say,she's in a coma" Ieri sensei said

everyone's jaw fell down and their eyes widened due to the shocking news

"ARE YOU SERIOUS?" Gojo yelled again

"Yes,due to pushing her limits more than what she can handle,she's in a coma right now,the amount of cursed energy for using a domain expansion is too high,I'm afraid she used her 'soul' instead of her 'cursed energy' to make use a domain expansion" she explained

"ARE YOU SAYING SHE WONT BE WAKING UP ANY TIME SOON?" Maki exclaimed

"Well,it depends how fast she can recover"

Toge couldn't believe what he was hearing,he looked at Y/n with teary eyes and held her hand

"is it possible for her to never wake up...?" Panda asked

"there is a chance" Ieri sensei said

"why would she do that for that damn fucking todo..." Maki said while trying to keep her tears from falling

"This is completely unbelievable" Yuta said in a serious tone,like he was pissed

Gojo remained silent , he was in shock, so as Toge

"Come on!You two love her so much!why aren't you saying anything!?" Maki shouted at Toge and Gojo

Toge was shocked by the fact they knew about them

he looked at Maki with teary eyes and started typing on his phone

"It's not like I can say anything I want"

Maki felt bad for what she said, remembering about Toge's condition

and Gojo,he went to Y/n and gave her a kiss on her forehead and looked at Ieri-sensei

"Please take care of my daughter"He said with a lump in his throat,holding his tears back behind his blindfold 

Ieri sensei tapped on his shoulder "Don't worry,she's a strong girl.she'll be fine"

-Mini Time skip-

They all left the room except for Toge and Gojo,the atmosphere was kinda awkward 

"You love her?"Gojo broke the silence

"Shake"He said

"Since when"

he started typing "I don't know,it just happened"

"Hmmm" Gojo replied "I hope she'll wake up someday,soon.." he added

Toge nodded his head 

-Time skip-

Days passed by and everyday Toge would come visit Y/n and he would hold her hands,kissing her forehead,sometimes even talked to her

but never got any answers,it didn't make him stop visiting her every single day

he loved her,more than anything in the world,he would pray and beg God every second for her to wake up

Also her friends would pay a visit to her often but not as much as Toge

someday Maki came to Toge,asking about Y/n

"Hey inumaki, How're you doing..." Maki said

"Okakka" he said

"Uh why would I ask when I know what you're going through...is there any good news about her?"Maki said with a sad expression

"Okakka..."He said in disagreement with a said expression

"It's been already one year...I Can't believe that passed this quickly,Tomorrow is also her birthday..." Maki said trying to hold her tears back

Toge just nodded and they went to their class afterwards

-Tomorrow-

It was 10:43 A.m

Toge was searching cake shops in the town,looking for Y/n's favorite cake

it was raining heavily and the clouds were all over the sky

Suddenly,he remembered how much Y/n loved rainy weather so he just smiled at that thought,he bought the cake with some candles and headed towards the hospital

when he arrived at the hospital,he headed towards her room,slowly opening the door

"Hello my love" He said with a smile

"Today is your birthday,I bought your favorite cake and..."

He broke down into tears

"Today is raining huh" he said while laughing and crying at the same time

"I remember how much you loved rainy weathers" he said while putting the candle's on the cake

he started singing with teary eyes and broken voice

"🎵 Happy Birthday to you...Happy birthday to you...Happy birthday my dear Y/n...Happy birthday to you...🎵"

"I missed you so much,please wake up..." he said while slowly kissing her lips 

"Uh as for your gift,I didn't know what should I buy for you so I just gave you this kiss"

he wiped his tears off and started eating that cake little by little by himself alone
