"You're late, Hajime.... and where is Kazuichi? I thought you were together."
Everyone listened in as the Affluent Progeny confronted Hajime as he stumbled into the hotel's restaurant, surprised to see everyone there already. A short conversation followed with the boy explaining that Kazuichi had ran off. With a string of insults and a huff of irritation from Mahiru, the photographer stormed off to go drag him back. The only thing anyone could do until she returned was watch in horror and disgust as Byakuya wolfed down plate after plate of food.
"Um..." Hajime sweatdropped at the scene in front of him. "Where did that food come from anyway?"
Nagito heard his question and shrugged. "When I arrived this morning, it was already here."
"Ah, they even have crab and shrimp!" Mikan exclaimed, looking at the wide variety of options.
"Crab and shrimp are such a pain to eat," Hiyoko rolled her eyes. "I hate them as much as I hate Mikan's ugly, stuttering face."
The nurse jolted back from the comment, hurt and surprised. "M-My ugly st-stuttering face...?"
"That's it! That's the face right there!"
"Wh-Why... are you being so mean!?"
"Heh, heh, heh... You're the kind of girl that bullies just love to torment, aren't you?"
"You should stop now," Peko interrupted the two girls.
Sitting on a chair humming quietly to herself, Ibuki suddenly slammed her hands on the table and stood up with a realisation. "Ah, I got it!" She cheered. "Teruteru prepared this food, right?"
The chef frowned at this statement. "Mmhmhm... Unfortunately, it wasn't me. You see... the food I make doesn't taste as shitty as this does."
"This is bad?" Akane turned around with her cheeks full of food. "Tastes yummy to me."
"Just yummy... right?" Teruteru grumbled. "Compared to the world class dishes I make, a dish that tastes "yummy" would still be considered shit... In fact, even comparing them is out of the question! Comparing MY dishes to this lowly peasant food, how rude!"
"H-Hey... Don't take it so personally..." Hajime stammered.
Teruteru looked at him and shrugged. "I'm just saying, if you guys ate my food, you wouldn't be able to control yourself."
"What does that mean...?" Peko asked hesitantly.
A mischievous grin crossed Teruteru's face. "Well, let's just say your jaw wouldn't be the only thing that drops!" He boasted. "In fact, your panties-!"
"That's enough out of you, Shrimp," (Y/N) glared, picking the chef up by the back of his collar. "If you don't want me to fling you across the room, you'll keep your mouth shut."
"Th-There's no need for v-violence!" Mikan tried to intervene, only to shrink away from the cold stare the (h/c) haired boy gave her.
(Y/N) rolled his eyes at the looks he was receiving from everyone, though they widened slightly when he felt a weight on his shoulder. He dropped Teruteru to the floor, assuming someone had decided to lay their hands on him. When he turned around, he saw no one. Only the golden fur of a small creature.
