???: Your job is to infiltrate the last Blackwatch factory. Now I know I usually do this but I got a birthday party to attend for my daughter.

Izumi: Aw.....he's a good dad.

Izuku: 'My dad left me.'

SoC: *ponder* Who's the guy though?

Sundowner: *yawn* What's this world about?

Jed: This takes place in a city known as New York Zero.

Jebus; Zero?

Jed: There are two companies, Gentek and Blackwatch. They both are in charge of combating biological disturbances and initiating biological warfare with the permission of the government to use the entire US military for their purposes.

All Might: *worried* That's a bit overkill.

Ironwood 2: 'Maybe I ca-'

Jed: Ironwood don't you dare even think of asking me to visit this world.

Ironwood 2 nearly shuts himself from the glare.

Ironwood: Wait I never said I wanted to!

Jed: The other one.

Ironwood: Oh.

Jed: As I was saying, they both are in charge of biological warfare. You may think that they are helping the world but in fact, they are corrupting it.

Y/N Sparda: 'Just like Union.'

Jed: One day they were experimenting with a type of virus known as the Blackwatch Virus. A virus that can grant humanity superhuman powers but can drive them people into madness if uncontrolled.

Chase: And let me guess........it got out?

Jed: Why certainly! Unfortunately due to their.......reckless experiments, the virus was leaked out to into several places. One of them unfortunately was New York City, a city housing 12 million people. And in just a few days.........95% of New York City either died or became infected with the virus.

Kaminari: *gasp* You mean like those apocalyptic end of the world scenarios?!

Jed: Yeah.

Vegeta: *mutter* Been to that before.

Gehrman/Gwyn: Just like the Healing Church/Old Flame.

Jed: Now as I was saying since the virus leaked, Blackwatch was sent to combat the evolving virus. During this, the virus already spreads a second time through New York. Blackwatch being Blackwatch experimented on innocent people while controlling the entirety of the city like a dictator in hopes of eliminating the virus. One man with the name of Alex Mercer became the literal embodiment of this virus after dying to it and destroying half of Blackwatch's operations while tanking a nuke to the face.

Sam: 'The fuck?'

Lady Maria: Question. What is this nuke you are talking about?

Izuku: An explosive device capable of blowing an entire city and release radiation, toxic air capable of killing a human in as short as 30 minutes up to 20 miles radius.

Lady Maria: 'A most potent weapon indeed.'

Jed: Sadly, Alex had his fall from grace. Convinced that humanity can't be saved, he waged war on Blackwatch and Gentek and the entire city. It was his infected army against the entire world.

Union: 'A villain that must be stopped.'

Jed: One day a random man, just a soldier happened to get infected by Mercer himself.....but instead of becoming one of the infected he turns into a virus-hybrid prototype. He is the only one to constantly harass his forces, killing many of the hybrids and saving many human lives from Mercer and Blackwatch simultaneously.
