Chapter 1- The Hashiras

Finally, it's time. (y/n) had been waiting forever for this. Today was the day she finally became a hashira. (y/n) had just been finishing a mission- quite a simple one really- when her crow appeared in front of her.

"Caw, get to headquarters quick, caw, You're becoming a hashira! caw." (Sorry idk how the crows speak)

(y/n) reached the demon slayer corps headquarters just before daybreak. She could hear voices talking to each other as she trekked up to the meeting location. There stood 9 men and women all dressed in the demon slayer's uniform. The Hashiras.

There were two women, one dressed in a butterfly haori and another one with bright pink and green hair. She noticed a young man standing off to one side as the others talked. Hmm I wonder why? There was somebody up in a tree with a snake around his neck. She saw there was a man talking who seemed very happy and had red, orange, and yellow hair. I'm betting on him being the fire hashira. There was a boy about your age looking up at the clouds, muttering to himself. She saw a man who seemed blind and was... praying? Surely he can't be blind, how would he fight demons that way? But out of all these strange people one person particularly caught her eye. He was very tall and was talking animetly to one of his peers, he had strange marks around his eye, and a headband-sort-of-thing around his head.

Just as (y/n) was looking around all the hashira suddenly bowed in the direction of a house. She turned around to see who it was when somebody whispered to her

"Hey, stop standing around and bow, the master has arrived"

Quickly (y/n) fell to one knee, as she didn't want to come off as disrespectful. Once she felt that it was safe to stand up, (y/n) finally saw who the master was. He was standing in the shade of the house so (y/n) couldn't see him very clearly but it looked like he had been poisioned because there were purple veins on the hop of his head.

"Hello, everyone! Today I have gathered you all to meet our new hashira."

Everybody suddenly turned to look at her.

"Umm Hello! Nice to meet you all. I'm a hashira as of today, like you!" Fuck I blew it. They already know that, dumbass. She scolded herself. Alright I'll try again.

" My name is (y/n),(l/n). Nice to meet you all! Im the new (b/s) Hashira!"

"Now that introductions have been made, let me get to another important matter. I have a mission for you all"

What mission could possibly need all of us to complete? Could it be an Upper Rank or possibly Muzan himself? (y/n) shuddered at the thought of fighting Muzan. Her attention snapped back to the master as soon as she realized he had started speaking again.

"As of last month 23 people have gone missing 7 of which were demon slayers. None of the demon slayers we have sent to investigate have come back. According to reports all that was left where people have gone missing was a flower seed. It has been very problematic for the village and us as well. I'm sending you all to find out what happened and kill the demon behind this."

"Yes Master!" The Hashira replied in unison and ran off with (y/n) slightly behind them

A/N: Hello again humans it's been a while since i've updated and I just wanna say: Turns out this will be a REALLY FUCKING LONG fanfic, around 20 chapters or so (it feels long to me at least). There won't be a lot of romance in the next 4-ish chapters- BUT I have some really cute things planned so stick with me while I get the beginning out of the way. See y'all in the next chapter!>^<
