3rd pov

Izuku was looking in the bathroom, he wad confused cause no matter how hard he sucked his stomach in their was a small little bump. He knows hes been gaining weight but this feels different.

He kept trying & trying till he puked like he did for the last 4 weeks. He was confused why he didn't have a heat.

Just as he finshed he heard a knock.

"Hey Izuku? U okay in there? It's been 20 mins.." He heard shoto say & he quickly covered his stomach & walked out.

"Yeah I'm fine sho stomach has been a little upset" Izuku said & shoto looked worried.

"How about u miss school today & get some rest, & we can go to the doctors after I get home saying ur stomach has been upset for the last week." He pet Izukus head & the hospital made his anxiety spike.

"I'm sure im going to be okay sho, I just want to rest..." I say nervous.

"Well okay... I'm still gonna make that doctors appointment so we can get a note for school & why u have been absent." He said fixing his hair & gently carrying him to bed tucking him in & turning on quiet music with a puke bucket at Izukus side.

Izuku imdeatly panicked a bit & curled up. He heard shoto leave & tell fuyumi he was gonna be home and then doctors after school.

Izuku pov

I start questioning if we used protection at all when I was in heat... I forgot to fill my birth control & that's why it came early..

While thinking I hear the door open & see fuyumi walk in "Izuku u wanna talk?" She said gently

"Sure.. about what..." I say the nausea feeling came back and I laid down.

"Izuku, ur not sick are u? U have had no fever this whole time, & u eat everything & anything I have made u" she said petting my ears holding her stomach.

"I don't know why I've been throwing up... I'm really hungry all the time & I just feel the need to eat anything.." I whispered quietly.

"Izuku, when was ur last heat cycle? It's been pretty regular since u moved here." She had this soothing mother voice that reminded me of mama...

"4 weeks almost 5.." I said & she was thinking.

"Last time u had ur birth control filled was 8 weeks ago, 2 days before ur heat came u where ment to pick up the meds. Izuku, is there any change in ur body?" She kept petting my head making it impossible for me not to listen.

"Well I have gained this weird weight... & I feel weird at some times..." I say and she gently had me sit up.

"May I see?" She sounded a lil worried & rubbed her stomach.

I nodded & slowly got up showing my weird weight gain. She sighed & pulled out her phone.

"May I take a picture?" She asked & I nodded.

As she did she messed around on her phone.

"This is for when we first found u" I was super skinny... "when u had ur first checkup & weigh in" I looked okay but still skinny.. "and this is now compared to a 5 week old baby bump. Izuku, I belive u might be pregnant" she said & I was looking at the simular looking stomach.

"B-but I'm only 16... how..." I say nervous.

"Izuku, it's hard to explain. U had that birth control as a safety net, u had the condoms as a safety net, what's better 1 or 2 safety nets?" She asked
