Eating disorders
My family and the Walton's went to a restaurant my parents and there parents had their own separate table with daelo and Angelo (my 5 year old brother)
While me , my siblings and the Walton sat at a table that seats for 10 people. I have a lot of sibling.
Only 1 person knew I had a E.D it was my twin brother. He knew because I told him. He always tried not to pressure me to eat like force me but he would try and help me.
He would started by helping me eat small proteins of food like grapes or blueberries but I would always throw it up at the end though. I don't know why I did it just like my body couldn't take it in.
"So what are y'all gonna eat?" Javon ask us
Everyone says what they're gonna get except me. Javon turns his head to me and raise his eye brows "Y/n" I lift my head up.
"Yea?" " what are you gonna get" Javon asked again "Um idk I'm not hungry" when I said that everyone turned there head to me I slouched "what?"
Jaden furrows his eye brows. my twin gives me a questionable face. Some of my siblings just shrugged it off while the rest just started at me. The waiter came everyone said what they were gonna get.
Jojo ( my twin) told they waiter that I'll have chicken , corn and mash potatoes. I glared at him and he just shrugged..
We got are food and everybody started eating except me. Jaden turned to me and saw that I didn't even touch my food. He frown "why aren't you eating" he whispered.
"I'm not hungry" I whispered back. "Cmon eat please" Jaden said my face soften "fine" .
I started to eat and Jaden gave me a small smile.
JoJo saw me eating and smiled.after I was done eating everyone else was done too.
"Ima go to the bathroom" I told Jaden
JoJo looked at me and furrowed his eye brows he already knew what I was gonna do but I didn't care ima still do it
I went to the bathroom I crouched in front of the toilet and stuck two fingers in my mouth I was gagging and after a few seconds I threw up.
I don't know why but I felt guilty for what? I don't know probably because I can't help it and I know that JoJo is disappointed in me.
I heard the bathroom door open I turn around and I see Jaden I feel tears form in my eyes
His face softens and he walks toward me.
I grab toilet paper from next to me and wipe my mouth I flushed the toilet and turn around to be met with Jaden. He didn't say anything or question why I do what I do he just sighed and hugged me.
I started to sob into his shoulder. He gently caressed my back and told me it's okay.
"It's okay, I'm gonna help you through this okay? I'm gonna be here every step of the way" hearing him say that made me cry even more.
A/N: so this was kind of a vent for me because I have my experience with an E.d well the good thing is that I'm getting better and that's all that matters ❤️
