The twins were asleep in there rooms with Florges and Lucario looking after them in case they have a nightmare, but they were, just a different one to normal nightmare.
Stephanie: I wouldn't abandoned you toys, your happiness means a lot to me to.
Izuku: You all are family to me as well.
In the dream the twins were invisible and were seeing what was happening and they couldn't help but feel hurt and sorrow for all the toys.
Both kids woke up gasping and were immediately comforted by their Pokémon. Both twins new there was something wrong and that dream was telling them that, quietly getting up and getting all their Pokémon out, they left and headed out to the factory, ready for a rescue mission.
