yun qiao, sister of yun jin. they are famous figures of liyue harbour, for entirely different reasons.

yun qiao was not as liked as yun jin. on the contrary, yun qiao was actually disliked by a considerable amount of people. rumours laced with malice easily win over sweet praises, after all.

the classic rumour about yun qiao went like this. they say that she is a vengeful spirit, merely possessing the body of yun qiao.

their so-called "evidence" was that yun qiao used to be such a cheery and bubbly child, well-liked by many. a social butterfly who was predicted to become the most popular girl in liyue harbour one day.

all of a sudden, she never stepped foot in liyue harbour again. she mysteriously moved to the mountains and was never seen again. not even her family knew how she looked like anymore.

she had finally returned countless of years later for unknown reasons. then, she started performing again, alongside her sister.

however, it's strange that no one seems to remember her performances. no matter how many times she performed, she never stuck in their minds.

the strangest thing is, not even her family knew that she was performing.

during their performances, everyone saw yun qiao there. no one questioned it in the slightest. it was as if they felt that she belonged there.

as soon as the performance ends, her presence disappears entirely. only rumours prove that she had once existed.
