Y/N POV 0257 PM

"Are you Y/n Kim?" A deeper voice responded.

"Why yes I am."

"Read many of your blogs. What brings you here?"

"Y'know, just exploring foods and restaurants."

"Dope." the other guy said. "I know right?" I replied.

I realized that I finished the food yet I craved for more. "Violet, can I please meet the chef?"

"What for if I may ask?"

"Just to applaud him." I replied.

"He'll be out shortly, in that case." She smiled and went back in the kitchen.

A few minutes later, A man wearing an apron with some flour on his cheek walked to my table.

"How can I help you ma'am?" He smiled ear to ear.

"Are you perhaps Kim Seokjin?"

"Yes I am."

"I wanted to ask if I can include yours and Ms. Violet's name in a review that I'm planning to write."

"Is it a bad review?" He asked worriedly.

"Yeaahhhhh kinda." Although it was a good review, I do this as a test to see the owner/chef's reaction or behaviour change.

"You can Ma'am. I'm truly sorry about the food. I hope you detail everything out as it will help us improve. Sorry once again." He bowed politely. I wanted to tell him, But I decided to give him a surprise.

"I hope you expect a review by tomorrow. There are gonna be some very important things which I want you to note." I said while getting up, shaking his hand professionally and turning to leave.

"Do visit again Ma'am. I hope we can reach your expectations the next time!" He said with a gentle yet sad smile.

"I surely will, very soon." I said beaming back and leaving.

I entered my apartment, prepared a hot bath and removed my notes and laptop out.
I wrote a really impressive review in the bathtub while relaxing. This ought to get him more customers.

Post Review?

[Yes] [No]

-The Next Day-
JIN POV 0346 PM

I ran out to see what all the commotion was about. I saw 11-12 customers in a line.

HELP.

I was in major panic. So I asked Violet what's going on. She replied with an IDK like seriously?

I went to a customer. "Welcome Sir, what would you like to have today?"

"The chef's special." he replied.

"On it's way sir!" I replied and ran to the kitchen.

Orders kept coming in like crazy and the hustle was real.

Today was....amazing?

We made......profit?

How?

I made like 10 Chef's special today and a few other side dishes.

Then it clicked.

"Y/n Kim."

I didn't read her review.

So when all the customers were served, I checked my phone and saw the review.

Writer's Thoughts...

Upon entering, The aroma of flowers and sweetness fills up your nose and calms you down. My first Impression was the neatness and looks of the space. It was classy yet cozy, a perfect setup to warm up and grub on food. The staff was great and super kind. I would like to appreciate Violet Lee, for her behavior and body language when talking to the guests. If you have been reading my blogs on a regular basis, you will know about the test I conduct with the chefs.

The test is when I tell the chefs them that their food is bad to see their reaction and also if they allow me to still write their name or a bad review about them. I did the said test but the reaction was different for the first time. He said and I quote, "You can write our name Ma'am. I'm truly sorry about your food. I hope you detail everything and help us improve. Sorry once again."

The way he talks is also amazing. Tell me one chef/owner who has said "Please do visit again. I hope we reach your expectations the next time you visit!" after me telling them that they are being given a bad review in my entire blogging career? No one! Anyways, To the food. I always order a chef's special in order to see and taste the chef's preferred style. I wanted to order more of it, but the test wouldn't have worked.

I'm happy with that restaurant and it deserves more profit and customers than it gets.

Rate: ****- 4 stars, still has a lot to work on.
