Part 5: Getting used to it

Mephone has woken for the 5th time in 6 hours, mostly because of OJ and Paper being hungry 24/7 and Lightbulb crying because she got woken by them so he had to feed or shush he back to sleep, he groggily got up and spawned in some milk and started feeding the paper, calming them down... again. The phone yawned, he would have to start eating more to stay awake and take care of damn kids, he groaned, finally the bottle was empty and the paper let out a burp.

He placed the youngster on their bed praying that it would stay asleep this time, he tiptoed over to his spot and sat down, he looked at all of the kids.

They were sleeping... All of them.

Mephone let out a relieved sigh and laid down.

Tomorrow is gonna-

"WAHHHHHHH"

"OH FOR FU-"

After 2 days of tending to the kids and taking care of all their needs, it was time he started making some more, Lightbulb was still crawling but started to sit up and even try to stand, though she would still slip the poor little tyke.

She's also started playing with OJ and Paper, however she was a bit rough last time as she tipped out Oj and almost tore Paper, Mephone had to put a stop to that fast, her punishment was the dreaded 'Calm-Down Corner' She was incredibly heart broken when she had to go there, even though she didn't understand anything.

Oj and Paper finally opened their eyes and both turned out to be boys, so that's cool, so far their personalities are slowly showing, with Oj being quiet at times and very docile, Paper however is a big crybaby and even fussy at times.

He set them all down in a make shift 'child cage' to keep them secure with some fun stuff to do like a rubber ball and some... Chinese food?

Anyway Mephone decided to make it interesting and spawn something completely random to bring to life, he closed his eyes and...

He spawned in a baseball.

"Huh, alright." And with that he loaded up melife and began to bring the ball to life, it glowed brightly rose into the sky, until the phone realised something, the ball was growing, bigger then it was and before he knew it, it was half his size.

Finally the ball stopped glowing and landed on the ground, Mephone rose a brow. 

'D-did I make an adult?'

Then suddenly the ball started cry out loud and flail it's legs around, Mephone jumped back a bit but groaned realising what happened.

'Nevermind...'

He couldn't pick up the big newborn up, so he just kinda rolled him to the child area and spawned in a big fluffy blanket. Lightbulb saw the newbie and crawled towards him, she tilted her head curiously and patted her new sleeping buddy.

"Bah bah!"

"His name is baseball, Lightbulb." He replied glaring at the light, he spawned in a milk bottle and popped it into Baseball's mouth without looking, shutting them up immediately as they drank it.

"Ba- Bawse boo!" Mephone eyes widened.

"Did. Did you just Baseball?!" 

"Bawse Boll!" She chirped, Mephone gasped and grinned, he picked the tot and held her in the air.

"You spoke! You actually said something!" Lightbulb squealed excitedly, she reached out to him and embraced her creator, the phone returned the hug happily.

Wait.

What was he doing.

He quickly walked over to a pillow and placed Lightbulb on it, she giggled but Mephone frowned.

'Why did I do that...' It's not that he regrets hugging her, it's just he doesn't understand why he hugged her.

All she did was talk and as far as he knows that isn't a big deal, nothing to loose your mind over, he walked away from the light to see how Baseball was doing. He started crying again as their drink was empty, Mephone sighed.

"Jeez you really are a big baby." and spawned in another meal.

Finally all the little ones fell asleep, Mephone went into his shack and laid down.

"I'm like, a quarter more away from getting my cast, and even if I do I'm gonna have to wait until they can start functioning like an adult. Ugh, this is gonna take awhile.'

and he slept, leading to be another day.
