"Excuse me, Y/N," Your co-worker called for you. "The boss wants to see you."
"I'll be right there, Thank you." You replied sternly, you did have to stay professional, no?
You approached the door to your Boss's office, sometimes you wondered why she even had one, Her walls were made out of glass anyways. She always loved that 'Modern look'...
"Hello boss, you called for me?"
"Ah yes, hey Y/n," She responded, a slight smile glazing her features. "I called you here because I will be assigning you to a new mission!" She continued chuckling a little as she leaned closer to you whispering, "And a high paying one too heh!"
"Is that so? I cannot wait Miss." You chuckled. High paying hm? maybe you would get a new scratching post for your cat...
"Mhm, well I guess I shall brief you on what this mission is for." Your boss coughed, and continued, "In this mission you will be going undercover to investigate the criminal organisation, Bonten; more specifically Sanzu Haruchiyo. He's well known for being a druggie, We'd like to secure him as the substances he's been selling are rather.. dangerous."
"..Oh.. I may need to turn this mission down, miss." You frowned dropping your head slightly
"Oh?! Why?"
"I have an Allergy to uh.."
"Spit it out Y/n I don't have all day haha.."
"I have an allergy to drugs." You coughed shifting a little in your seat, avoiding her blank gaze.
"Pff... PFAHAHAHA," Your boss began to laugh, ",What a shitty excuse! You can still proceed with the mission without consuming drugs my dear!" She finished wiping away an imaginary tear from her lower lashes.
"Miss I don't think yo-" "Nonsense! Now get on with it, you're our best at the moment, don't let us down Y/n." She finished off in a serious tone.
"Of course boss, when have I ever failed you anyway? haha." You replied, spinning on your heel and walking out the door, shutting it softly behind you.
