i showed up at lukes about an hour after i texted him. he answered the door and took my bag upstairs to his bedroom. luke's room was super cool, he had a wall covered in band posters and cd covers. the rest of his walls were straight black.
"i'm sorry it's a mess.." luke said scratching the back of his head.

"it really isn't. your room is cool though.."

we ate dinner and started watching a random movie on netflix. luke and i were both on his bed watching and sharing popcorn. he looked at me, "michael.."
