For the sake of his wings and wounds, Nitram decided to walk to work this time. His body was starting to get more tired the more he flies.

Really, Nitram didn't mind it. The warm night with its chilly wind was pleasant, cooling his skin and wings. The full moon was shining down, giving a light blue glow in the late night.

The time getting to the shop is taking longer than flying. Instead of only taken half an hour, walking over there is taking an entire hour. They lived in the north side of the city, the Gift Shop was in the south side of the city.

The fallen angle bared his teeth, when pain flicked alive in his right side. He layed his hand on his flank, where the pain was, gently rubbing the sore skin.

Since he had been burned on his shank and stabbed in his side, he had a hard time on moving his body, without pain starting to burn in his right side and leg. His arm wasn't hurting that much anymore, it was only a few bruises on there now.

Flying was also a problem now, since the burn on his back made it harder to fly without pain flicking alive, all the way to the edge of the wings.

But it wasn't impossible to fly or move at all. The pain wasn't a burning one, more like if someone kicked you on the leg without using much strength.

Rethea, there was laying on Nitram's soulders, lifted his head and looked at the fallen angel with worried eyes. He roared quietly to him.

Nitram glanced at his dragon, stroke his soft fur on its head. He smiled, but knew the dragon could see the pain in his eyes. "I can't lie to you, can I?" he asked the dragon, turned at a corner of a house.

Rethea shaked his head, nudged Nitram's cheek, which made the fallen angel giggle. Rethea smiled, layed his head down onto his forelegs again, there was crossed on Nitram's left shoulder. His tail was loosely hanging on his right shoulder, his entire body was laying around Nitram's neck. Thanks to Nitram's wings, he was able to stay around his neck and not fall off when he was walking.

Although, Rethea digged his claws into Nitram's clothing, when the fallen angel was flying. The speed and the wings was hard to balance on, and if he didn't want to fall off, he had to dig his claws into Nitram's shoulders. Nitram didn't mind it. Rethea's claws was small and felt like someone digged his nails into his shoulder. So, it didn't hurt Nitram in any way, and Rethea could stay around his neck.

Nitram continued to walk towards the shop, his steps sounded loud on the quiet streets. He crossed his arms behind his back, the cut on his hand was still throbbing.

The cut from the bullet was deep, but not enough for it to be stitched. So, Petrov had cleaned the wound and layed a bandage around it, simple. The only problem was that it was still bleeding. Blood kept coming out from the wound, the bandage was already crimson from all the red, thick liquid.

Nitram just turned at a corner, then a sudden explosion sounded behind him. He quickly turned around with a gasp, looked after where it came from.

A car was on fire. The burning metal melted under the high temperature, an almost black smoke blew up in the air.
