💓Chapter 1💓

Brad POV~
While I was getting ready i was in my thoughts .I cannot believe the day has come that i  become CEO of my dad's company .Always thought he looked down upon me cause no matter how hard i tried to be the best ,he always looked at me as 2nd best .It's all thanks to my beautiful fiance  i would have never made it without her ,she  actually encouraged me to take the offer that my dad proposed .I love her  with my whole heart . I was interrupted in my thoughts when she woke up , although she looks like a zombie she still looks beautiful to me .
Brad:Good morning ,Beautiful
Maddie :Beautiful?? I just woke up possibly looking like the undead.
Brad: But to me  ur always  look beautiful
Maddie:That was cheesy asf and don't stare  at  me while  I'm sleeping weirdo.
She said while standing up and entering the bathroom.
Sometimes I wonder if she really loves me the way she speaks to me ,maybe I'm just being silly of cause  she loves  me why would she have said yes when I proposed.

Maddie's POV~

I woke up seeing this weirdo looking right at me .Sometimes I wish I could just kill him and run away with his money but I need to stick to the plan .I need to sign the  papers which grants me all his  assets and wealth ,luckily we will  be going to the  lawyers tomorrow ,thank GOD there's only a week left before I marry him ,and kill him then me and Theo (Maddie s secret fiance) can live happily with his  wealth .

I took a shower and dressed in this ~

I brushed my teeth and entered the bedroom to see no sign of Brad .Thank GOD I can take a break from his face .I brushed my hair into a messy bun and walked down stairs to the  kitchen ,as I entered still no sign of Brad ,maybe he left early or something.
"Finally I can take a break from that weirdo"
Brad:"Honey!!"
"Talked to soon ,fuckkkkkk"
Brad :"Great ur done ,now let's go ,we need to get to the company ,we will get something to eat on the way .
Maddie:Yea sure let's go ,soon my man will be a CEO and wealthier than ever
And soon you'll be dead and all that wealth will be  mine 
She thought to herself

Time skip~at the company
They arrived at the  company 20 minutes later and walked into the huge building with big letters on top saying "Conley Corporation".As they walked in they took an elevator  up to the top floor and they got out of the elevator and walked towards the meeting room they were greeted by Brad's fellow colleagues and employees .
They arrived at the meeting room and knocked  before going in .A"come in" was heard from Inside the room and they entered .
Walking in they were met with Brad's father and brother and their lawyers.
Brad:"Good morning gents"
Everyone (except Maddie):"Good morning ,Mr and Mrs Conley"
Maddie:"Not yet but soon"{evil chuckle}
Everyone laughed along except Brad's father but no one noticed
Brad:"Shall we get to buisness"
Mr Conley (Brad's father ):"Yes let us begin"

A while  later ~
The lawyers directed Brad and his father where to sign and they were discussing how everything would be changing for the near future for the company as Brad would be the future CEO.
Brad:"Finally done"
Mr Conley :"Yea ,this is why I'm retiring my hand always  numbs up while signing papers in the middle of the day,I swear I cry like a baby while trying to unnumb it ."
Everyone laughed and the lawyers left before biding all of us a good day then it was only Maddie ,Brad, Mr Conley and Paul {Brads brother } in the meeting room .
Mr Conley :"Maddie will u excuse us , I need to talk to Brad"
Maddie :"Sure ,I'll be in the car " she left fake smiling.
Mr Conley:"Son I just want to ask u something ,are u sure she is the one "
Brad :"Dad for once just be happy for me ,we went through this before ,Yes i do and we love each other  now can u just please stop ."
Mr Conley :"Im just being a father and looking out for my son ,I seriously  think she is not the one for u"
Brad:"Seriously wow now only "
Paul:" look Dad he chose her and they love each other so just let them be "
Mr Conley :"fine  but I have a bad feeling about her "
Paul :" it's  not like she is a serial killer or something,u have to stop being so overprotective that's mom's job "
Paul said leaving
Brad was about to leave to when his father stopped him
Mr Conley :"Son are u sure "
Brad looked at his father directly to his father's eyes connecting his and his father's eyes
Brad:"Yes I'm sure,plus it's not like she  is ganna kill me "
With that said he left
