Brad POV ~ After dropping off Maddie at home I left to meet Shauna .Shauna has been my best friend since we were five .She has always guided me through life and through tough decisions and she would always give me great advice and plus she's like a sister to me .I just need to hear what she has to say about me and Maddie I really need her support right now .I arrived at the restaurant ~

When I saw Shauna I was filled with joy as she approached me . Shauna:"Well look at you ,how you have grown from your midget form." Brad:"I have grown taller and your still making fun of me wow " Shauna:"What although your like 6 '9 now you still look like the short little midget to me "She hugged me and she signaled me to sit down . Shauna :"So what's up ,why did you want to see me out of the blue ?" Brad:"Can't we just chill like old friends and hang out ,what we haven't seen each other in awhile " Shauna :" chill ?your a soon to be CEO of a company and u have time to chill and plus u sound super weird like an alien trying to speak English so what's really going on ?" Brad let out a breath before talking Brad:"I just need support on this engagement between me and Maddie , my father doesn't want me to marry her cause he thinks she is not "the one " for me and that I'm just rushing things " Shauna looked down while taking a breath before she talked Shauna :"Well I mean I- Brad:"Don't tell me u agree with him " Shauna:"Well I kinder do ,look at this from his and my perspective ,your are a sweet , smart,kind and wealthy newly appointed CEO ,she might not actually be In love with you but In love with your- Brad:"Money ,my money ,I can't believe you think she is a gold digger" Shauna:"Ok I don't think ,I know and as your best friend I'm telling you this cause I care about you ,Ok ?I'm just looking out for you." Brad:"I don't need you to look out for me I need your support " Shauna :"How can I support something that is clearly not real Brad ,she doesn't love you she's a gold digger " Brad instantly stood up from his chair and said :"Wow ,I honestly thought I could count on your support "With that said he left and jumped in his car and started driving home he was now furious than ever he expected this from his dad but not Shauna ."I guess I only have u in this world ,Maddie "he thought to himself .
Time skip ~still Brad's POV I was still driving towards home and arrived when I saw Paul heading out of the house smirking .I wonder what he is doing here.I got out of the car still furious. Paul :"Hey little bro ,woah who made you mad?" Brad:"Look it's nothing and what the hell are you doing here ?" Paul:"What don't I have permission to see my future sister-in-law?" Brad:"No ,look she's my wife and I know you ,you take what's not yours so stay away from my wife " Paul:"Wow first of all annoying and snobby not my type and stop being so possessive I can matter of a fact take away something that's not legally yours "And with that said Paul walked away smirking , jumped in his car and drove away . What the hell is that suppose to mean ,Brad thought to himself , he then walked to the house and entered opening the door seeing no Maddie insight he closed the door putting his keys on a hook and walked to the living room where he found Maddie sitting on the sofa ,looking in the distance ,she looked as if she just saw a ghost I walked to her left side and waved my hand infront of her face to bring her back to reality. Maddie:"Oh,hey dude "she said as she stood up and walked out of the living room Brad:"Dude?no honey or sweety or sweetheart or babe?" Maddie :"Sorry my mind is somewhere else ." Brad :"Like with Paul perhaps?"Maddie instantly shoot her head up at Brad looking straight at him Maddie:"What did u say ?" Brad:"I don't know anything of you being deaf so you must have heard me clearly so is there anything going on between you and my brother ?" Maddie:"Why would I marry you if I was interested in him huh? And no there's nothing" Brad:"Really ,then why did Paul walk out of my house smirking like a clown that got a new rainbow coloured wig for a kid party?" Maddie:"ok firstly weird use of a simile and baby his your brother he will do anything to get to you and make you think that there is something going on between us ,Ok so trust me your fiance soon-to-be wife ,Ok?" Brad:"Sorry I just got a little worked up just all this stress and everyone is so against us and the warnings ,its- Maddie:"Warnings ?,What warnings ?,Who warned you?" Brad:Ok baby don't get mad but I didn't exactly leave to attend to business I met Shauna and she warned me that you might be just marrying me for my money." Maddie walked slowly towards Brad and chuckled like an evil witch . Maddie :I swear you stapled your ears shut ,cause you never seem to listen to me didn't i tell that everyone is just jealous of our love and how we connect and they will do everything in their power to separate us especially Shauna who knows, she might just have a little crush on you ,I mean who wouldn't you are sweet,kind and a wealthy CEO of a company so who wouldn't want a husband like you ."she smirked as she saw he was once again falling for her words Brad :"Yea but you left out one thing ,I'm handsome to ."she looked at him disgusted should i really tell that to him now ,urghhh this guy. Maddie :"Yes baby the most handsome man in the world ,possibly world wide handsome ."omg I can't believe I just said that to this troll Brad:"Yea your right I shouldn't listen to them ,i should just listen to you from now on " Maddie:"That's what I have been saying this whole time and yes you know I'm always right plus we don't need their support we just need each other ,it will be us against the world " Brad:"Yea ,love you honey "he walked away and left to go to the bedroom .Maddie smirked as she stood in the living room .
