Maddie' s POV~
OMG I can't believe she is here .The person that I hate the most .She is the reason why I am who I  am .The reason I'm cold hearted and would do anything to see people hurt .While Brad and his parents were talking ,I zoned out looking at a familiar figure ,she seemed as if she was looking for someone,after some time she looked directly at my table and looked directly  at me .She was just standing there as if she was trying to decide to walk towards our table or leave ,she looked at me and squinted as if trying to make out a blur picture .I then spoke up and said "I think you need some glasses to see old lady cause your eyes are not working correctly "She then instantly smirked and started walking towards our table .
Brad:"Maddie ,Why would you disrespect my mom like that ?"As I looked  up I saw everyone around  our table looking at me .What ,I know my face is beautiful  but don't stare .
Maddie:"What ??"
Brad:"Why would you say that to my mom?"
Maddie:"I didn't say that to your mom"
Brad :"Then who did you say it to?"
???:"To me "They all instantly  shot there heads up to the unknown voice standing now by their table .
Brad:"Who are you ?"
Maddie:"Brad,Paul,Mr and Mrs Conley this is my mother and Mrs.Conley i actually meant that comment for this person who i call "mother"not to you ,my apologies if you thought that it was "Dumb bitch ,if I wanted to offend you I would have started with that hairstyle looking like peacock feathers popping out .
Brad:" Well Mrs Moore {Maddie' s Mom}take a seat "Mrs Moore than took a seat next to Paul .
Mrs Moore :"As you have heard I am  Maddisons mother but now that you know who I am I surprisely don't know who any of you are "The Conleys except Brad were stunned as they thought Maddie' s mother  would know that this is her fiance and his  family .
Brad:"I'm Brad Conley and I am Maddie' s fiance and these are my parents and brother Paul .
Mrs Conley:"My word ,Maddie how could your mother not know who we are or who Brad is ?"
Maddie:"She didn't need to know and besides why are you here mom?"
Mrs Moore :"Well this morning I received a phone call from  an unknown number and I picked up and  the anonymous caller just told me that i need to be here at 11 am and after I was told that ,the person hung up ."Maddie instantly looked at Paul who was sitting on her right .Paul smirked and looked at her .
Paul:"What ok it was me ,it's just important for a mother to see her daughter getting married and since the wedding is in a few days I called her this morning ."
Mrs Moore :"A few days ,don't you think that's rushing into things "
Mr&Mrs Conley :"That's what we said " Both Brad and Maddie just gave their parents death glares .
Mrs Conley:"Well since you are here Mrs Moore you can help us with the wedding, we only need to do a couple  of things and tomorrow we will be going for cake tasting "
Mrs Moore :"Oh call me Mia and sure I would love to help with  organising the wedding, looking for  venues -
Maddie :"Done and picked "
Mrs Moore :"Ok then going to boutiques  to fit on wedding dresses "
Maddie :"Done and paid "
Mrs Moore :"ok then searching for places  where they could go for their honeymoon and  helping Brad with his suit and groomsmen "
Maddie :"Done,done,Done "Maddie was now annoyed by her mothers sudden interest in things .
Mrs Conley :"Ok then so if everything is done i guess we all just have to go cake tasting and send out the invites "
Maddie:"Yea we will do that tomorrow but the invites were sent out two weeks ago "
Both Mom's:"I swear you guys are running to get married "
Mrs Moore :"Yea in my time we had to wait 3 months before we could actually get things done not in a week "
Maddie:"Well mom this isn't the 18th century now is it "Mia glared at her daughter and Maddie did' t just glare back but death glared ,that literally could kill someone .Paul spoke up breaking the awkward  tension .
Paul:"Sooooooo....... We should order "
Everyone{ except Mia&Maddie} :"Yes  please "They started looking at suggestions on the menu and after a few minutes  all was ready to order .They called a waiter to their table and told him what they would like to eat ,the waiter then wrote all their orders on a pad and walked away .After a few minutes he came back with their food ~

Time skip ~1 hour later
After eating ,Brads parents and Maddie's mom were talking non stop about both Maddie' s and Brad's childhood and the wedding .Maddie was not  exactly interested in what they were talking about and she didn't want to join the conversation either .After a few minutes Maddies mom asked Maddie a question that Maddie was way to uncomfortable to answer .
Mia {Maddies mom}:"Maddie,what ever happened to Theo ???"Brad looked at Maddie with a face expression  saying "who is she talking about ?" Paul was looking at Maddie with a face expression saying "she better  not mess this up "
Maddie:"He and I broke up 2 years ago "
Mia:"Really ?,I don't actually remember you telling me that you two broke up " Well you wouldnt cause your old ,Maddie thought to herself  .
Maddie :"Yea well you weren't here to tell and why would I tell you ,you have never actually been invested or interested in my life anyway" The air once again became tense between them .So thick couldn't even cut it with a knife.Luckily Mr Conley spoke and asked both Brad and Maddie a question .
Mr Conley :"So will you guys be signing a prenuptial agreement??"
Brad:"No ,I don't think that's  necessary"
Mr&Mrs Conley :"WHAT!!!?????"
Mr Conley :"What,you will have to then "
Brad:"Dad I don't want to and neither does Maddie want to "
Mrs Conley :"What is the meaning of this ?"
Brad:"Look if I  die I want Maddie to be secured and once  I die all my assets ,property and wealth goes to her " Brad's parents looked at him in shock .
Mr Conley :"Oh Lord I'm going to die young"
Mrs Conley :"Where did we go wrong ??,we got  you in the best schools ,you got the best grades which got you into Howard and still your being stupid "
Paul:"I think mom should have swallowed you rather "he said it softly but loud enough that Brad and Maddie heard and Maddie glared at Paul cause he was suppose to encourage them not to be against this .
Paul:"Mom ,Dad calm down look Brad and Maddie is in love and if Brad wants to leave her all his wealth and other things then you should accept ,Dad aren't you  going to leave  the same things for mom when you die ??"
Mr Conley :"Not a dim son "
Mrs Conley :"What was that Howard ???"
Mr Conley :"Nothing honey "
Brad:"Guys look as Paul said we are in love and if that's what I want to grant Maddie then that's my decision "The parents gave up and took a breath before speaking .
Mr&Mrs Conley:"okay we will allow that "Maddie smirked as they agreed and stopped  trying  to change Brad's decision.
Mia:"This is just a wonderful family , now I know why Maddie  chose Brad "Maddie looked confused at her mom cause they didn't exactly discuss who Brad was or his personality ,but as usual she ignored her  mom .After a few minutes of talking about random things .Everyone finally stood up from the table and bid a good day at each other and left the restaurant going the separate ways .
