This 2006 anime was maybe the funniest I've ever seen. Great art, characters & music, imo. One of my fav animation OSTs. I have some in my playlist (one posted above). A US/Japan collaboration that surprised me. I enjoyed the original US series as well. In this, they're regular girls who live at their homes & get superpowers, which I prefer.
Close to reference in parts, but an original bg & poses. And I put eyes & brows under hair. Rights to Cartoon Network, Aniplex & Toei.
