"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!"
BOOM. POW. CRASH!

Alastor woke up to the sound of screaming and explosions. Many demons were awake as they started their territorial war. Sir Pentious and Cherri Bomb were continuing their deadly battle from yesterday as Sir Pentious cackled. Alastor smiled in relief. He felt like it was a long time since he saw the sun.

"Hi!" A voice gentle and joyful rang through Alastor's ears. He looked around to see a young girl in the form of a ghost.
"Ah, good morning Elizabeth!" Alastor smiled widely at the girl. Elizabeth chuckled, doing loops in the air.

Suddenly another ghost came out from behind Alastor. "Boo!" The ghost appeared between Elizabeth and Alastor, making them jump a little.
"Good morning to you too Evan!" Alastor giggled, looked down at the ghost and gently patted his head.
"W-when will y-you be c-coming b-back?" Evan shyly asked Alastor.
"Same as always, Evan." Alastor relaxed his smile.
Evan looked down and Elizabeth stopped doing loops in the air.
"It's ok Evan!" Alastor knelt down as he patted both Evan and Elizabeth's heads, "Come on now, smile! Remember, you're never fully dressed without one!"

"Nice joke." Elizabeth folded her arms and giggled.
Evan giggled along with Elizabeth and turned into a shadow with blue growling eyes. The shadow looked exactly like Alastor.
"Hahaha!" Evan laughed out loud as he teleported behind his two siblings as a shadow. The only way Evan could not stutter is when he turns into his shadow form of Alastor.

Alastor smiled widely and waved goodbye to Evan and Elizabeth as he left his hotel room. He walked to the elevator and pressed a button as he summoned his staff into his hand.

"H-hello..." A demon trembled in fear as Alastor entered the elevator.
"Good morning." Alastor smiled. The demon was still shaking in fear from the sight of Alastor. The demon grinded his teeth loudly, making Alastor flinch every few seconds. He badly wanted to kill the demon right now, but however he had made a promise to Charlie not to kill anyone in this hotel because of pleasure.

Ding.
After minutes of awkward slience the elevator had finally arrived at ground floor. The demon still trembling kindly let Alastor out first, and when Alastor had done so the demon dashed away out of the hotel in fear.

"Seems weird that demons seem to respect me nowadays. I remember that they all tried to kill me the first time they heard about me!" Alastor laughed dryly and headed off to the bar where his friend Husker was.

Husker was still in the bar but asleep. His cat ears drooped to one side, and his face laid against the table. Husker's wings covered his back as they twitched once in a while.

Alastor sat on a chair and stared at Husker who had passed out from drinking too much alcohol in the bar. Husker was still holding a bottle of cheap booze in his hand, not even relaxing it one second. Husker always looked sober as if he had lost everything.
"Maybe I should've took the whole jackpot with you when I decided to volunteer your services. You really look messed up, Husker." Alastor sighed with a bit of sarcasm. Husker was still asleep, as if Alastor didn't say anything.

Even though Alastor's voice was soft and quiet Husker would always hear what he said. But this time Alastor wouldn't have to run around the hotel as his dear cat friend Husker was worn out.
"I guess you drank too much." Alastor glanced at the patterns on a window.

Staring at Husker, Alastor at the same time wondered why Charlie agreed to have a bar and accepted Husker to stay at the hotel even though drinking wouldn't help redeem or rehabilitate a demon. Vaggie seemed to go against the idea of a bar at that time, but Angel had shut her up.

Charlie happily passed by the bar with Nifty.
"Oh hi Al!" Charlie smiled widely. Alastor jumped- he had almost forgot it was his name.
"Hello sir!" Nifty waved with the same smile as Charlie. Alastor secretly chuckled at this sight.
"Good morning girls!" Alastor suddenly forced the bottle of cheap booze out from Husker's hand and turned it into ashes. Husker woke up, startled and tired.
"Wha-,"
"-Why, may I ask if there's anything I can do for you ladies?" Alastor asked in a soothing tone as Husker suddenly realised what happened earlier.
"Well, we got this letter last night and saw it was addressed to you in curvy writing." A letter appeared out of nowhere in Charlie's hand.
"A letter? For me? Oh, how romantic!" Alastor's staff gave out a laugh which sounded like an audience's. Nifty and Charlie giggled.

Alastor was a tad bit surprised at this. He didn't actually expect someone to send him a letter. Politely taking the letter from Charlie, he carefully opened the envelope and peeked inside. Just then his eyes widened and his smile started to crumble slowly. There was a name written on the inside of the envelope.
"Uh...What?" Husker stared at Alastor's frowning face. He immediately was concerned. Alastor always smiled, even though he got mad sometimes. But frown? That's not Alastor.

Turning back to Alastor, there was a folded piece of paper in the envelope he was looking at. But the name was the most concerning to him. But why? Why was the name so important and serious to Alastor?

Well, some of you may have immediately guessed it.

The name written down was...

William Afton.
