As there was a portal, it wasn't a long ride to Rosewood. As the limo reached Rosewood Hall, the limo earned a lot of stares. As soon as Madeline and Ashwick came out from the limo, a few girls giggled, a few guys blushed, earning a (very) harsh glare from the Partizan. They quickly ran inside the school, as he escorted Madeline to the school.
'Excuse me!' They heard a small and chirpy voice say. It almost scared the hell out of them when they thought books could finally start walking and talking. But behind the books, revealed a small, brown and petite young girl. 'Hi! I'm Binah Fae. Haven't seen you here. What's your name?'
'Ah, Binah, We're the new students in Rosewood! Madeline Stephen and Ashwick Theodore.'
'Wait a minute! We met someone who's surname is Ashwick too!'
'A coincidence, perhaps?'
Binah looked at them up and down, and asked, 'Why are your hair colors like that?' she questioned. 'And... that strange mark?' She pointed to Madeline's cheek.
'This mark,' she pointed to her chin. 'Is a tattoo! And, my hair color,' she pulled a piece of her hair, 'Is hair dye!' She turned to Ashwick. 'Whoever has dyed hair and a tattoo on their cheek, is one of us!'
Us? Binah thought. Could they be from Leviathan?
'Anyways, we should go. Mr. Winters, please bring our luggage in.'
Mr. Winters nodded, and Madeline skipped into the school.
As they walked to the reception desk, they gave their phones, got their keys and the receptionist, a Conch student said, 'Room 222, Ivy Dorms.'
'Thank you!' Madeline said cheerfully. They walked to a big room, and started putting out their things. Just then, Ashwick found a letter under his bed. He eyed it suspiciously, before saying;
'Look, a letter. Must be from-'
'The crazy creator, I know it.' Madeline interjected. 'Hey, since we're done, let's find Y/N-'
Just then, someone burst the door open, and Ashwick quickly slipped in a fighting stance. But, he stopped in his tracks when he saw: 'Binah? What are you doing here?'
'Hi! Sorry for intruding. I wanted to ask, if you wanted to see the fireworks with us! I'd also like to introduce my friends to you!'
'Sure! Why not!' Madeline said. She loved fireworks, although Ashwick was giving her a disapproving look.
'Do you really want to go?' he sighed. 'Yes, please!!' Madeline said, giving him puppy eyes so they could ensure that they were REALLY going.
Ashwick blushed, and sighed. 'Alright, you can go, I'll tag along because I don't want you to get in danger.'
Madeline and Binah squealed. 'Let's go after dinner!!'

After dinner, Madeline and Ashwick followed Binah to the gardens. She lead them to benches, and said, 'You two can stay here. I'll get my friends.'
They watched as she brought a blonde, cheery looking girl, a black-haired tomboy and a very cold looking tan boy.
'Madeline, Ashwick, I would like to introduce you to Lottie Pumpkin, Ellie Wolf and Jamie Volk.'
Lottie hugged them. 'It's so nice to see you!'
Madeline returned the hug. 'You too.'
Ellie gave her signature side-smile, and Madeline smiled back at her, while Ashwick gave Ellie a small nod.
Jamie eyed them suspiciously, before giving them a discreet nod. Ashwick returned one, and held out his hand for him to shake. They shook hands, and Ashwick said, 'Glad to see a fellow Partizan here.'
Jamie quickly pulled away his hand, and (quite practically) growled, 'How did you know?'
'Trust me, I can tell who's a Partizan and who is not.'
He gave Madeline and Ashwick a harsh stare, making it clear that it was dangerous to mess with him. Madeline wasn't scared. 'Too bad, I can counter your every move since I have a very high IQ.'
'What does IQ have to do with fighting?' Jamie asked as Madeline dodged his blow in an inhumane way.
What?! Jamie thought. I don't remember learning that in training! Could she...
Ashwick widened his eyes, and if it weren't for Madeline holding him back, he would've almost killed him. 'I'm fine, Ashwick! Obey your Master and cease at once!'
Ashwick softened, and as the trio widened their eyes at the scene, he held Madeline in a tight embrace. 'Are you OK?' he asked, concerned.
'I'm fine....'
Binah soon interrupted their moment. 'Come on! Let's take a seat, the fireworks are starting!'
And this was how their first day started. With fireworks.

'Breakfast time!' Binah shouted as the two (not exactly) lovesick birds woke up. They got ready, and walked to the cafeteria. Madeline and Lottie watched as Jamie and Ashwick gave looks that what seemed like death stares, and shrugged.
Boys, they thought. How childish.
After they finished eating, Binah asked them for a hair sample.
'It's for an experiment,' she said. Moonlight agreed, and gave her a strand of her hair.
'Thanks!'
After classes, Ashwick decided to spy on Jamie, Lottie and Ellie (cause he thought they were suspicious), he caught them going into the Stratus basement, along with some other students. Three Conch, three Stratus and three Ivy. He recognized the royal trio, and Binah.
What are they doing? he thought. They must be planning something.
He hesitated. Are they my enemy? He thought to himself in alarm.
He decided to camouflage and listened to every word they said. A few minutes later, his ears shot up when he heard Binah say, 'Look what I found! There isn't any hair dye in their hair, so...'
She stopped, waiting for other answers. Lottie finally got an idea of what Binah was saying.
'It means, they didn't dye their hair. It's their natural hair color.'
No, they just found out our secret...
